Cutting in earth work in all classification of earth work i.e. pick work, jumper work, blasting in soft/hard rock and chiseling of wedging out of rock where blasting is prohibited complete in all respects in all leads and lifts.

Excavation in foundation trenches etc. in earth all kinds of soil such as pick work jumper work blasting soft or hard rock or by chiselling soft or hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all leads and lifts including trimming/ chiselling of sides and bed stacking the excavated soil clear from the edge of excavation and returning the excavated soil after completion of work in 15cm layers when required into plinth sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil complete in all respect as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6(1cement :3sand: 6graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete in M 30 grade but not leaner than 1:1:2 (1 cement :1 sand :2 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforced concrete work in:- (a) Foundations and plinth in all leads and lifts.

(b) walls any thickness but not less than 0.1 mtrs. thickness attached pillasters , plinths and string courses etc.from top of foundation level upto floor two level in including all leads and lifts .

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (one cement :one and half sand : three graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm nominal size ) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work in all leads and lifts in (a) Foundation ,footings bases of columns and the like mass concrete including all leads and lifts

(b) walls any thickness but not less than 0.1 mtrs. thickness attached pillasters , plinths and string courses etc.from top of foundation level upto floor two level in including all leads and lifts .

(c)Suspended floors, roofs, landing, shelves and their supports balconies, lintels, beams girders bresumers and cantilevers upto all floor two level .

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4(1Cement :2 sand:4 graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm nominal size and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all leads and lifts in :- a)Suspended floors, roofs, landing, shelves and their supports balconies, lintels, beams girders bresumers and cantilevers upto all floor two level .

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angles iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including certring shuttering strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete & plain concrete work in all leads and lifts in:-(a) Vertical surface such as walls(any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like

(b) Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors,roofs, landings and the like in(a) floor etc. upto any thickness.

(c) Foundatioins, footings, basis of columns and the like and mass concrete.

Providing tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level in all leads and lifts.

Manufacturing, supplying, fabrication and fixing of MS fabricated protection panel 750mmx750mm made with MS angle 40x40x4mm for frame, MS angle 30x30x3mm for cover, MS flat 25x5mm for fixing of sliding door bolt and MS sheet 4.00mm thick for protection of manhole covers of storage tanks including the cost of cutting and welding of MS angle MS flat & MS sheet embedding in RCC slab by drilling holes in MS angle & in RCC slab provision for providing and fixing sliding door bolt 300x16mm, MS handle 100mm, Lock and applying a coat of red lead paint & painting two coat with steel paint (Firoza Blue) complete job in all respect in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

1.20 metre high fencing with 2.50 metre angle iron posts 40x40x5mm 2.50 metre centre to centre with nine horizontal lines and two diagonal of galvanised mild steel barbed wire (IS: 278: 1962 type-I) weighting 9.38 kg/100 metre strained and fixed to posts by typing to 6mm galvanised steel bar niles/clips with GI binding wire including cost of excavation, RCC posts, RCC struts and straining belts and embeded in cement concrete 1:4:8( 1 cement : 4 sand : 8 graded stone aggretate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete in respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Steel work in buit up section, trusses and frame work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in grating framed, guard, bars ladders, railing brackets and similar work complete in all respect.

Providing and placing in horizontal layers filtering media duly graded screened washed and cleaned as specified by the Engineer-in-charge including all leads and lifts. (i) Fine and screened, cleaned, washed and graded effective size 0.20 to 0.40 with uniformity co-efficient 2 to 3).

(ii) Coursed sand screened, washed and graded from 3mm to 6mm

(iii) Bajari coursed screened, washed and graded from 6mm to 20mm

(iv) Bajari coursed screened, washed and graded from 20mm to 25mm

(v)Broken stone screened washed and graded from 50mm to 75mm

Providing and placing in horizontal layer dry bricks in two layers as specified by the Engineer-in-charge including all leads and lifts. Ist class

Providing and fixing precast concrete manhole cover & frame confirming to IS: 12593-1988 Part-1 and IS: 12592-1991, part-II, 600mm diameter, heavy duty complete in all respect.

Providing and fixing of double flanged cast iron sluice valve Class-I conforming to IS: 780-1984 of Leader/Bhel/Kirloskar /Fources/ Gled/ Pelican/Kartar make of following dias for the pipe line capable to withstanding normal seat pressure including cutting, welding,providing and fixing rubber/asbestos sheet of maximum thickness 3mm as per IS 2712-1979 and providing and fixing MS flange as per Table-17 with required number of nuts and bolts including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.(i) 50mm dia

Fixing of GI pipe light grade for inlet and outlet pipe (Labour rate) of following dias in all leads and lifts.(i) 50mm dia

Providing and fixing Gun Metal wheel valve with wheel complete in all respect 50mm dia nominal bore.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement: 5 sand: 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in retaining wall/ breast wall complete in all respect and as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.
