Dismentaling of Old ACAR Conductor(weasel) L.T. Line including re-rolling back its conductor, wire, clamp insulator etc. including stacking & transportation of material to the UPCL store : 2 phase 3 wire.

Dismentaling of Old ACAR Conductor(weasel) L.T. Line including re-rolling back its conductor, wire, clamp insulator etc. including stacking & transportation of material to the UPCL store : 1 phase 2 wire.

Cartage for PCC Pole including Loading / Unloading from store centre with stacking in 1 km distance. Approx distance 50-70 KM.

Erection of PCC Pole 8.5 Mtr. Long including digging of pits 0.6x0.9x1.5 Mtr and with fitting of all accessories & back filling with soil & boulder complete work as per RESPO specification & as per direction of Engineer in charge

Erection of SP-23 Pole 8.5 Mtr. Long including digging of pits 0.6x0.9x1.5 Mtr and with fitting of all accessories & back filling with soil & boulder complete work as per RESPO specification & as per direction of Engineer in charge

Charges of Muffing of pole in size 0.45x0.60 cm radius with CC 1:3:6 block and 45 cm height from ground level including cost of required material as ballast, cement, sand etc complete in all respect as per direction of work incharge.

Erection of stay set 16x1800mm. pit size 0.6x0.9x1.2 Mtr. as per specifications including 7/16SWG stay wire, binding, nozzling of stay with bcking filling of pit with CC 1:4:8 in bottom to pitcomplete work stay set will be provided by UPCL.as per RESPO specification & as per direction of Engineer in charge

Erection of MS earthing rod 20x2500 mm by earth, electrod, connection with support by means of earth wire 7/16sqm with nut & bolts in all complete work as per direction of Engineer in charge

Laying and fixing of insulated cable 1x25sqmm insulated lead as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Installation & Fixing of SMC three phase L.T.Distribution Box with inbuilt pannel lock, AI bus bar RYB 25x6 mm AI bus bar size including all complete work as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Removal & Re connection of exising cable of single phase LT consumer service connection as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Removal & Re connection of exising cable of three phase LT consumer service connection as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Annexure-B (SUPPLY ITEMS)

Supply of Share head type Insulated piercing connector body molded from high quality mechanical climate and UV resistant glass reinforced polyamide, hot dipped galvanized bolts & contact teeth ABC size 120sq.mm to 120sq.mm jumpering for Line to line DB taping ( Tyco/ RPG/3M. make) as per UPCL Specification.

Supply of Share head type Insulated piercing connector body molded from high quality mechanical climate and UV resistant glass reinforced polyamide, hot dipped galvanized bolts & contact teeth ABC size 120sq.mm to 25sq.mm jumpering for Line to line DB taping ( Tyco/ RPG/3M. make)as per UPCL Specification.

Supply of SMC Three Phase L.T. Distribution Box with inbuilt panal lock, Al bus bar RYB 25x6mm., Al Busbar N. 40x6mm. for connection of L.T. consumer ( Sintex make or other ISI mark reputed company ) with Panel Lock with key) ( As per drawing attached )

Supply of Dead End Clamps with I Hook as per drawing and UPCL Specification.

Supply of Suspension Clamps with I Hook nut bolts as per drawing and UPCL Specification.

Supply L.T. Bare Neutral Connector PG clamp 95sq.mm. to 25sq.mm. double bolt( For line to DB) as per UPCL specifciation.

Supply of "O" type 25 Sqmm al. Lugs for connection cable PVC 1x16mm, as per specification of UPCL

Supply of M.S. half Clamp made of M.S. flate for PCC Pole/STP pole made of MS Flat size 35x5sq.mm duly red oxide painted with suitable size with fitted nuts & bolts and washer for Fixing of L.T. Distribution Board without cracks & burrs, painted by primers as per specification of UPCL.

Supply of M.S. holding clamp for PCC pole/STP pole made of M.S. flate size50x6 sq.mm duly red oxide painted with suitable size with fitted 02 nuts & bolts and washer for Fixing of dead end clamp without cracks & burrs, painted by primers as per specification of UPCL.

Supply of M.S. holding clamp for PCC pole/STP pole made of M.S. flate size50x6 sq.mm duly red oxide painted with suitable size with fitted 02 nuts & bolts and washer for Fixing of suspension clamp without cracks & burrs, painted by primers as per specification of UPCL.

Supply of MS Stay Clamp made of M.S. flate size 50x6mm. With 3 Nos. Nut & Bolts for for Fixing of L.T. Distribution Board without cracks & burrs, for suspension clamp assemble painted by primers duly red oxide as per specification of UPCL.
