The Bidder must be a company registered in India under companies Act/Limited Liability partnership act and should have been in operation for a period of at least 5 years as on bid date. (Consortium and joint ventures formed for the purpose of this project are not eligible to bid for this project. Trusts and societies are also not eligible to bid for this project)
The Bidder should not have been blacklisted by the Government of India or any state government or any of its agencies for any reasons whatsoever and the bidder should not have been blacklisted by Central / any other State/UT Government or its agencies for indulging in corrupt or fraudulent practices or for indulging in unfair trade practices as on last date of bidding for this tender.
The bidder should have executed single order of Rs 5.5 crores / Two order of 2.75 crores each/ Three order of 1.84 crores each for supply of security solutions (SSL orchestrator / SSL Inspector / Web Application Firewall/ (SSL/TLS) Manager during last 7 years as on bid submission date to any SDC/State Govt. Department/GOI Department/Central or State PSU/ Enterprise.
The average annual turnover of the Bidder during last 3 financial years (2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25) shall not be less than Rs.11 Cr (Eleven Crores)
The bidder should have a positive net worth for the last 3 financial Years 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25)
The bidder should not have filed for bankruptcy.
The Bidder should have at least one permanent/working office in Bengaluru.
MAF to be submitted as per format given in the RFP
Bidder should have valid ISO 27001 OR 20000
The signatory for this RFP must be authorized by Board or Head of the Organization

Supply of the SSL / TLS certificates as per the Bill of material sections 6 for the period of 3 years.
Supply of the SSL manager solution (appliance / licenses) for 3 years with warranty and support.
Supply of the SSL / TLS certificate of Domain Validation, Organization validation and Extended validation Certificate DV, OV, EV for 3 years
Supply of the SSL / TLS certificate of Subject alternate name (SAN) for 3 years
