Checking Motor insulation resistance test by 500/1000V Megger, Measurement of running current in all phases, Checking motor terminal connections, replacemnt terminal thimbels as suitable & tightening, Bearing condition checking and lubrication Gearbox inspection, leakage checking/ arrest the leakage and lubrication, Checking output shaft, coupling and alignment, Checking chain/sprocket condition and carried out tension adjustment, Checking door rollers, guide rail and wheel movement, Checking limit switches (Open/Close) and adjustment, Checking emergency stop and safety interlock, Checking motor starter panel (Contactor, OLR, MCB/MCCB), Cleaning and tightening of control panel wiring, Checking push button/remote control operation, Checking door opening & closing speed, Trial run with load and final commissioning, Submission of maintenance report and test readings complete all complete all as specified.
Note:- (i) Servicing, Alignment, leakage arrest, Roller Grider cleaning and other requirement works are included in the quoted rates.
(ii) Necessary materials are supplied as supply only, measured and paid separately.
(iii) Servicing shall be carried out authorised OEM or OEM adviced technician only.
(iv) All testing reports shall be submitted on record as specified format.
