Complete dismantling of 02 cusec double stage Hz split casing pump unit no.02 by way of disconnecting all leads from motor and marking the terminals , uncoupling of motor from the pump. Disassembling , dismantling and segregation of various pump parts such as shaft and sleeves, fastners etc

Providing and fitting of ball bearing 3309 of FAG/Reputed make with adequate greasing

Assembling of double stage Hz split casing pump after cleaning of all parts through petrol, coupling and alignment with motor connecting of motor leads and tested on full load

Providing and fitting of cooling pipe with adopter with the help of skilled labour, other tools& tackles

Providing of palmative packing 1 inch for pumping unit

Repairs to 200mm dia suction pipe with attached foot valve by way of dismantling pipe from flange with the help of skilled labour by opening nuts& bolts , then shifting of pipe to working place with the help of manual labour . The job includes the charge for cutting of suction pipe above 2 feet from foot valve with the help of cutter, then p/fitted flanges (02 no) on both cutted portion & fitted it properly again for easily dismantled of foot valve during suction failure. The job also includes the charge for p/f of new nuts& bolts (3kg), washers , welding set, D.G set gas cutter, etc for the completion of work. After completion of work suction line should be tested on full load

Providing and fitting of 25mm dia High pressure ball valve in 200mm dia M.S rising main for priming process with the help of skilled labour , welding process, nipple etc for the completion of work
