Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove.

Demolition of cement concrete(unrinforced), in any position and paving n.exc. 15 cm thickness( below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of roof terracing cement / brick concrete (un-reinforced) and existing water proofing treatment of any thickness in any position and of any portion from top of roof of building, cleaning surface of roof with wire brush / mechanical brush and with water thoroughly to remove all dust / dirt and loose particles to expose base concrete roof slab and removal of rubbish / demolished material out of MD land complete all as specified.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 Type B0 using 12.5 mm graded aggregate as in levelling course, haunching, coping and similar works of over RCC roof surface including rounded or chamferred on edges etc all as specified and directed.

M & L for cutting chases of hanging chajjas, pinning in, making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of sunshades, shelves, lintels, Chajja ( up to forth floor) etc making good, cutting out exc 10cm and not exc 40cm girth in RCC chajjas in brick walls complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 25mm thick cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in floor finishes even and fair to receive floor tiles.

Supply & providing water proofing treatment with polymeric standard water proofing membrane, Aquaflex manufactured by M/s Bengal Bitumen, MULTIPLAS STANDARD, manufactured by STP TEXAS Ltd/Hyperplas manufactured by IWL Ltd having 10 years guarantee for water tightness all as specified and described as under:- (a) Preparation of RCC roof surface and applying one coat of polymeric modified bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm over a coat of polymeric primer @ 0.30 Kg/Sqm including cleaning surface, all as per manufacturer's specification complete all as specified and directed. (b) Supply & providing water proofing treatment with polymeric proofing membrane of 3Kg/Sqm HYPERPLAS STANDARD/MULTIPLAS STANDARD consting of 100micron HMHDPE film centre core including coating the surface with the bitumen 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm and torch application of membrane with 10cm overlaps and longitudinal edges 15 cm at the ends and cutting grooves in wall for inserting tar felt if required complete job as per requirement as required thereof, complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for cement concrete tiles 250 x 250 x 20 mm thick, machine pressed, fixed with neat cement slurry and joint filled with sealing compound over and including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick redering on fair faces of concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 with water proofing compound @ 200ml per 50 Kg of cement and incl demo of old plaster on concrete surface complete all as specified and directed.(NOTE:- WPC shall be measured and paid separatly)

Taking down chowkats with shutters exc 1.5 Sq.m each and not exc. 4.00 Sq.m including making good disturbed portions of wall with new or old bricks, lintel,cills, etc in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.
