| 1.01 | Design, consultancy and execution for proposed suitable cofferdam around existing slipway finally de-erection of cofferdam after completion of repair/replacement work, the design duly vetted by any IIT/NIT for carrying out repair/ replacement of following work:-
(i) Replacement of above water/under water rails of slipway total 2400 RM (Appx.) (32 Nosx75m) including base plates, fish plates, projecting bolts, rails in transition and inclined area including under water portion.
(ii) Slipway repairs are to be carried out after dewatering the area by installing suitable cofferdam / sheet pile structure and bailing out water using high discharge pumps etc. Silt deposited over the slipway slab to be removed and disposed off at designated locations.
(iii) Necessary demolition of RCC/PCC below/around rails, removal of existing rails, fixtures, bolts, plates etc. to be carried out.
(iv) Structural members to be checked for integrity, any structural damages, crack, spalling etc. duly vetted by team of IIT/NIT and necessary structural repairs as necessary to be carried out as per methodology given by IIT/NIT inspection team.
(v) New bolts are to be installed by drilling into slipway slab and fixing with lock fix chemicals/grouts, fixing new rails on base plates with necessary clamps, fish plates and other accessories, provision of sacrificial anodes along the length of rails for corrosion protection. | 1 | Each Job | 18,18,55,000 ₹18.2 Cr | 39,40,00,000 ₹39.4 Cr |
| 1.01Item No. 1.01(Contd.....) (vi) Laying of necessary wiring/connections and connecting with existing ICCP panel including replacement of ICCP panel components as required for making the ICCP system fully operational, relaying PCC/RCC as required to encase the sides of rails as per original slope, alignment and profiles to match the existing rail system. (vii) Adequate working space around existing slipway shall be considered including accessibility provision inside the cofferdam area for men & material. (viii) Prior to finalization of scope of repair works and methodology of execution, the site shall be inspected by expert team from any IIT and provide vetted inspection reports of below water and above water structures duly recommending the methodology of execution of the repair works. (ix) The quoted rate of this item shall also include dewatering inside cofferdam on regular basis as required, desilting washing and cleaning of deposited silt from slipway area and execution of work in water/wet conditions. No extra payment shall be admissible for execution of works under such conditions. (x) Quoted rates also includes cost for carrying out EPC , NDT testing, engagement of expert agencies and diving teams and other requirement etc. as required for inspection and assessment. | |||||

REPLACEMENT OF BERTHING RAILS
Demolition of cement concrete [reinforced] of any description and marine position, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Separating of reinforcement will be measured and paid separately under relevant item.
Separating, scraping and cleaning of reinforcement complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Demolition of concrete shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item. (ii) No additional payment shall be made for shifting of demolished material and then reinforcement in separately.
M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded Granite stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling, mass concrete and underneath pile caps, suspended flooring/slab, beams, plinth protection, surface channels, drains etc. complete all as specified and as directed.
M&L for Reinforced Ready Mixed Cement Concrete M–40 Design Mix in repair with admixture Auramix 400 of Fosroc or Smartcare maximo plast PX range of Asian Paints or equivalent, as in deck slab, cantilevers, lintels, columns, pillars, piers, posts, struts, chullah hoods, staircase, arches, domes, vaults, shell roofs, arch ribs, folded plates, slabs, balconies, canopies, etc. or in similar articles upto below sea level (-)10m level (slipway deck slab and beams for placing of rail tracks), concrete mixed in RMC plant, transporting, placing, compacting, vibrating etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
M&L for reinforcement using TMT CRS bars of Grade Fe–500D of 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips or welded, complete all as specified and as directed.

Steel formwork to sides of formwork to concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter, sides of flat fair finished concrete surfaces; complete all as specified and directed.
Dismantling of existing rail system including all fixtures and supply and fixing of IRSW 52 or suitable rails to line and alignment as per existing slipway with hilti anchors including drilling bolt holes, grouting of new bolts, providing MS fish plates/bas plate support plates along with all necessary clamps, clamping system etc., bending rails to profile, joining with existing rails system including thermite welding all including dismantling of old rails and fixing of sacrificial anode complete all as specified and directed.
Removing building materials etc. from marine location (other than spoil payable under Earthwork) outside MD land at GVMC designated places exc. 10km and not exc. 15km, beyond the lead included in the rates, including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of flame proof MCB’s DB, TPN 8 ways with IP 20 protection, double door, sheet steel phosphetised powder painted with 200 amps rated busbar 240V complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply and install voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 170 Volts to 250 V with output voltage stabilised at 230 V with accuracy of + 2.5% and of capacity 5 KVA including all accessories complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F Microprocessor based intelligent networking type fire alarm panel with 4 x 20 Alpha numeric LCD display, Keyboard programming with password locking, provision of connecting fire fighting repeat equipments as required to areas, complete all as specified and as directed.
S & F Microprocessor based intelligent networking type fire alarm panel with 4 x 20 Alpha numeric LCD display, event logging and printing fascility, real time clock & RS-485 port to connect repeater panel via 4 wires, keyboard programming with password locking, provision of RS-232 for LAN connection with 12 Hrs back up fascility UPS system for AFDC panel, provision of connecting fire fighting equipments as required to areas, complete all as specified and as directed.
S&F multi type multi sensor (smoke detectors/heat detectors) and IR/UV/Flame detectors as required and to be installed as per IS specifications, complete all as specified and as directed.
