Taking down water storage heater (Geyser) of 25 liters capacity from electric socket and disconnecting from PVC connection, water supply and refixing at same / different location after cleaning of geyser tank and preparation to old painted surface of geyser and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint (white colour) by using gun and refixing the same/different location duly grouting nuts, bolts washers and connecting to existing water connection making leak proof, complete, all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. complete all as specified.

Replacement of Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5m below ground level, connecting to galvanised iron wire 4.0mm dia (as earth lead wire), by means of bolt, nuts, check nuts and washer of galvanised and earth wire protected by provision of galvanised iron pipe light grade, 15 mm bore including provn of concrete pit in plain cement concrete M-20 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates with 40mm thick cover of rainforced cement concrete M-20 reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4 kg/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25x25x3mm with lugs 2 Nos and with 6mm dia mild steel bar handle made to shape, galvanised iron medium grade 20mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75m long placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling, test point made out of phosphorous bronze with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and including earth work in any type of soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre, all as per electrical plate No. 3 of SSR 2009 Part-I and connection to earth test point all as specified and testing on completion. NOTE:- Item of earthing includes the cost of 7.5m long galvanised iron earth wire 4mm size and protection pipe of 15mm bore galvanised iron light grade and earth work.
