Construction of Slaughter house near Astha Gruha (Phase-II) in Ward no.09

Earth work in excavation of foundation in hard soil or gravelly soil including dressing and leveling the bed and disposal of the excavated materials within initial leads and lifts as per direction of E.I.C.

Sand filling with filling sand inside F & P including watering &ramming with all T & P etc complete.

Metal concrete (1:4:8) using 40mm size CBG metal with all cost of material, labour, conveyance, royalty, taxes T and P etc. complete.

R.C.C. M-20 grade with 20mm and down grade C.B. chips of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, laying hire charges of concrete mixture, vibrator, watering, curing and cost of all materials and labour, T&P etc complete but excluding cost of reinforcement complete.

Labour M.S. reinforcement for cutting, bending, binding and tying the grills and placing in position including cost of binding wire 18 to 20 gauge and cost and carriage of steel. etc. complete.

C. C (1:2:4) using 12mm size CBG chips chips including compacting, curing, all cost of material, labour, conveyance, royalty, taxes T and P etc. complete excluding centering and shuttering.

Rigid smooth centering and shuttering to C.C. work including false work and dismantling them after casting complete in Ground Floor.

Labour for laying sub base in layers not exceeding 100 mm thick including watering,compacting to the required density in OMC with PRR including all cost of material ,labour T& P etc. complete.

Supplying & fixing of 80mm thick cement concrete interlocking paver blocks of M40 grade of approved make ,design,colour & size made by block making machine with proper compaction laid in required pattern etc.complete in all respect confirming to IRC SP-63:2018.

Lifting of excavated earth ,debries etc from worksite by mechanical means with in 5km radius etc complete.
