Taking down old existing CI pipeline of 150/100 mm dia complete all as specified and directed

Taking down old existing Sluice valve of size 150/100 mm bore dia complete all as specified and directed

Supply ,laying, jointing and testing Ductile iron pipe class K9 , 150 mm dia with spigot and socket ends including rubber joints of any length conforming to IS specification , etc complete all as specified and directed

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter in depth for foundation for erection of poles, stays, laying cables, stays etc and getting out in hard/dense soil and in road cutting all as specified and as directed

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in hard/dense soil all as specified and directed

Removing excavated material/surplus soil not exceeding 50 meters and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 meter above starting point etc complete all as specified and directed

S & F DI fittings confirming to IS 9523 K12 for spigot and socket pipes class K9 upto 150 mm bore such as bends ( any type radius and angle) , tappers any type (straight bend increasing, decreasing or double socket etc ) TEE pieces , single branch, Y junction, double branch cross collars , caps and plug etc complete all as specifed and directed

S& F in repair cast iron sluice valve size 150mm dia bore, heavy duty with steel spindle and bronze gate and seating rings both end flanged and drilled comprising IS 780 of 1984 type PN 1.6 ISI marked including suitable rubber gasket joints, grid packings with suitable nuts and bolts and grouting materilas including taking down complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for construction of brick masonary valve chamber of size 1200 x1200 x 1000mm (internal diamesnion) suitable for 150mm sluice valve with PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation (1:3:6) type C1 using 20mm PCC block masonary built in cement mortor 1:4 PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for couping, plastering in cement mortor 1:4, 15mm thick including provision of MS sheet cover 4 mm thick with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer to steel surfaces and locking arrangement including excavation earth work in any type of soil all as specified
