Providing, laying, Wearing 53 to 22.4mm ( Fifty thee to twenty two point four milimetre) nominal size Grading-3, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel 80-100 Kn. in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/ to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 3 as per technical specification Clasue 405 as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 Kg. per Sqm using mechanical means as per technical specification clause 502, as per directions of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.30 Kg. (Zero decimal three zero Kilogramme) per Sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause 503, as per directions of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads lifts and other incidentals.

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20mm (Twenty milimetre) thickness composed of 13.2mm to 5.6mm aggreagtes either using penetration grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed seal coat of either Type B (By Mechanical Means Bitumen (S-90 or VG-10) as per Technical specification Clause 508 including carriage of material within all leads lifts and other incidentals.

Providing, laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type B as per Technical specification Clause 510 including carriage of material within all leads lifts and other incidentals.
