Oil Temperature Indicator with 2 changeover switches (Option 2, Switch contact rating : 15A@250V AC, 5A@250V DC), 15 meters capillary length with builtin RTD sensor and internal CCU and external remote indicator of 2 No's of 4-20mA DC output Model: 2245H-T2. Required Oil Transfering work of 40 MVA Transformer-1st CGL make from OLTC, Conservator & 1/2 Main Tank to empty drums seperately with proper arrangement including the cost of labour and T&P 132KV Substation Jaspur.

Dismantling work of Conservator tank with the Help of Hydra/ manual including the cost of labour and T&P.

Removing of old/damaged air cell and relpacement of air cell to new by charging of air cell with Nitrozen or dry air including all material, labour and T&P complete work in all respect.

Erection work of Conservator tank with the Help of Hydra/manual including the cost of labour and T&P complete work in all respect.

Opening of OLTC side cover safely. Cleaning of OLTC conservator by dry cloth. Checking of oil level and damage parts and replacing/repair for the same including all material, labour and T&P complete work.

Replacement of LV deteriorated/leaked bushing with new bushing with opening of jumpers & Re-jumpering of bushing with the help of Hydra/manual including the cost of labour and T&P complete work in all respect.

Attending of oil leakage from various points of 40MVA Transformer-1st after cleaning the oily surface with proper oil cleaning agent and applying plastic steel putty SF, titanium putty and silite sealent including cost of all material, labour and T&P complete work in all respect as per direction of Engineer incharge.

Replacement of WTI & OTI with calibration and testing of OTI & WTI including all material, labour and T&P complete work in all respect.

Replacement of Magnetic Oil Level Gauge system (MOG) with connection of cables and testing including all material, labour and T&P complete work in all respect.

Safely open trench cover for cable laying from control room to 40 MVA Transformer-1st at 132 Switchyard and trench closed after completion of work.

Providing and laying of 6C x 2.5 mm armored copper control cable from control room to 40 MVA Transformer-1st including ferruling, lugging, termination on both sides and dressing etc.

Filling and centrifusing of oil till satisfactory BDV results are achived and filling up to oil in main tank and topping conservators tank including all material, labour and T&P complete work in all respects.

Complete washing of 40MVA Transformer-1st CGL make with its all accessories through cotton cloth/brushes and approved chemical and cleansers to removing oil stains etc.
