Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal the rubbish/ demolished material outside defence land complete all as specified and directed .

Material and labour for scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exceeding 400 sq m, not exceeding 50 mm deep including rolling scarified surfaces with power roller 8 to 12 tonne capacity to required camber and gradient and removal of the rubbish/demolished material outside defence land and stacking complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for repair to pot holes of any depth not exceeding 1.00 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads/path etc cutting around edges to at least 25mm and more as per site requirement in depth and making good by applying tack coat of paving bitumen @ of 5 Kg per 10 Sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 Kg per 10 Sqm, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings 6.3mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam binder and chipping) depth of pot holes exceeding 30mm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparing surfaces of unsurfaced WBM by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping using air compressor to remove all dust, loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with paving bituminous primer VG-10 grade at 10 kgs per 10 sqm on prepared surfaces using mechanical sprayer and providing 40mm consolidated thickness bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete (design mix), with 5.5% binder content (using paving bitumen of grade VG 30) by weight of total mix, mixed in central computerised hot mix plant, laid by using mechanical paver and rolled and compacted to required camber, gradient and uniform smooth surface using 10-12 tonne capacity vibratory power road roller complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with air compressor to remove all dust, loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with paving bituminous primer VG-10 grade at 5 kgs per 10 Sqm on prepared surfaces using mechanical sprayer and providing providing 30mm consolidated thickness bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete (design mix), with 5.5% binder content (using paving bitumen of grade VG 30) by weight of total mix, mixed in central computerised hot mix plant, laid by using mechanical paver and rolled and compacted to required camber, gradient and uniform smooth surface using 10-12 tonne capacity vibratory power road roller complete, all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in as in window or door cills, lintels, kerb stone, bressummers, steps, quoin blocks (for use with masonry), string courses, copings, kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, anchorage blocks, bonders (for stone walling), corbels, brackets, etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including necessary form work and weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating and finishing exposed surfaces of concrete fair and even complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for vibratory compacted, precast cement concrete, rubber moulded, coloured (except grey colour), interlocking designer paver blocks, in any shape and size with grey cement and pigment, conforming to IS-15658-2006 of 80mm thickness, M-40 grade, as in path, hard standing, etc. laid over and including 50 mm thick screed or bedding layer of sand complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new road surface and applying 3mm thick retro-reflective thermo plastic road marking paint with glass beads, exceeding 10cm width or girth, hot applied on road surface mechanically conforming to BS-3262 and according to the specification laid down by IRC and MOST (Ministry of surface transport) specification 803 Vol -III as in lines/dashes/zebra lines/speed breakers etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix, cat eye, dual (62 beads minimum), aluminium casted body, of size 100mm x 100mm x18.5mm, having ABS plastic strip containing 62 mini retro reflective glass beads of colour white/red/yellow on both sides (minimum 31 beads on each sides) and fixed complete with steel zinc plated nails/stud of dia 12mm and of length 120mm complete all as specified and directed . Note:- (i) Fixing arrangement shall be as per manufacturer's instructions. (ii) Designed to bear 25 Tonnes load and having impact strength of 253 KN.

Supply and fix in repairs 'Solar Road stud 140x128x82 mm, made from Aluminium alloy and solar powered by monocrystal solar panel with following specification: (i) Battery Type-. One high capacity Ni-Cd rechargeable battery. (ii) View distance of solar stud shall not be less than 990 mtrs. (iii) LEDs shall be 10mm, 3 pieces each side and total 6 pieces for high brightness of different colours (iv) Back up time shall not be less than 12 hours of continous lighting at night. complete all as specified and directed. Note-Colour shall be as decided by GE. Make- Aakrit solar model No- XSRS- 01 or equivalent in Aktion/Sun Eyez
