Material and labour for glazed ceramic tiles of size 300x450x7 to 8 mm (premium quality) coloured in vertical surfaces such as riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over and including 10mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 20mm thick jet black Granite for top of shelves (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in cup board shelves, steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed.

Providing edge moulding to 18-20mm thick granite stone of counters vanities etc. including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 25mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for mild steel plates, plain or chequered, 5mm thick or over in thickness in available sizes conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde-E- 250) quality-A complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat of size 50x125 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete all as specified and directed. Note: For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Notes: - (a) The rates are inclusive of removal for any type of old water proofing treatement over main RCC slab. (b) Bidders are advised to visit the site and esure about site condition before quoting their rates. (c) Taking down of cement plaster / demolition of PCC shall be measured and paid saparately under respective items.

Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately under respective item.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound (WPC) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for water proofing treatment to RCC roof surface comprising with the following course of treatment/specifications from bottom to top :- (a) Applying cold bituminous primer @ 0.30 liters per sqm confirming to IS 3384 over plastered surfaces of roof. (b) One layer of APP based polymeric membrane 3mm thick, weight not less than 3.50 kgs per sqm, reinforced with non woven polyester matt central core fabric (weight not less than 160 GSM) and coated on both side with and including layer of APP modified bitumen and finished with and including micro-prefabricated heat fusible polythene film on both surfaces. (c) Applying one coats of hot bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.20 kg per sqm over membrane surface. (d) Finally applying two coats of bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.10 ltrs per sqm per coat on top surface. Material and labour for light/fan point wiring (concealed type) with single core PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded FRLSH copper conductor cable of 1100 volts grade size 1.5 sqmm (nominal area) in and including heavy duty rigid non metalic 20mm dia PVC conduit with accessories including modular flush metal boxes for housing switches, sockets and regulators with all fittings and fixing materials with one single core PVC insulated unsheathed 1.5 sqmm (nominal area) multistranded FRLSH copper conductor as earth continuity wire and connected to earth dolly complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (a) Red coloured cable shall be used for live connection, black coloured cable shall be used for neutral connection and green coloured cable shall be used for earthing. Separate cable for earthing and neutral to be used for each individual circuit from the distribution board. (b) Quoted rate shall be included for cuttings /chasing the wall and making good disturbed surfaces to fix PVC conduit and modular flush metal boxes.
