S&F DB SPN, 240 volt with 200 amps rated copper bus bar for double door 8 way IP-43, IK-09 suitable for one MCB SPN as incoming and MCB SP as out going, mounting flush on wall and making good disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge . (MCBs shall be measured and paid separately).

S&F DB SPN, 240 volt with 200 amps rated copper bus bar for double door 4 way IP-43, IK-09 suitable for one MCB SPN as incoming and MCB SP as out going, mounting flush on wall and making good disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge . Supply, install, testing and commissioning transformer step down 11/0.433 KV outdoor type plinth mounted, copper wound AC 3 Phase, 50 Hz oil immersed naturally cooled delta connected on primary side (11 KV HV side) & star connected on secondary side (433 V LV side) in accordance with vector group Dyn-11 with neutral brought out on secondary side with tapping at ± 2.5% ±5% ±7.5% off load tap changer gear in steps of 2.5% continous rating of capacity 63 KVA including initial oil fill to appropriate level & all standard fitting all as per IS 1180 Pt 1989 and IS-2023 mounted on and incl platform of size 2.5 Mx2.5Mx1.5M high (outer dimension) built with 150 mm thick PCC 1:5:10 type E2 foundation extending 150 mm on both sides of wall, 350 mm thick of brick masonary built in CM 1:6, 450 mm below GL & 950 mm above GL duly plastered in CM 1:4 on exposed faces & flushing in same mortar as the work proceeds in faces in contact with soil /floor of 50 mm PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 laid in bays over 100 mm thick hardcore over approved earth filling complete all as specified and directed. Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 11 KV/12 KV , 630 Amps Non extensible, outdoor type, 2 Way RMU panel with isolators & 1 VCB, SF6 gas insulated, 11 KV Ring Main Unit contained with stainless steel tank suitable for out door use free standing and comprising of the folowing:-

(i) 2 Nos - 630 Amp triple pole, manually operated vaccum circuit breaker encapsulated in SF6 stainless steel tank with independent spring mechanism and fully rated earth switch with provision for earth of the cable.

(ii) 2 Nos - Air insulated cable boxes with split gland plate suitable for front side bottom entry 3 core cable upto 300 sqmm.

(iii) 1 Nos - 630 Amp triple pole, single break, 3-position ('ON', 'OFF' and 'EARTH') main switches, each with independent manual charged spring mechanism and fully rated earth switch with provision for earth and test of the cable.

(iv) 1 Nos - Air insulated cable boxes and glands suitable for front and bottom cable entry 3 core cable upto 300 sqmm.

NOTE - Necessary drawing shall be got approved before placing order and PDI including testing shall be carried out by the rep of accepting officer. The cost of PCC platform for mounting RMU panel as per manufacturers instruction is deemed to be included in the quoted rates. The quoted rates must include the cost of cable termination kit cold shrikable type, cable glands, outside panel, cable lugs, cable trenches etc., cable between RMU & metering cubicals, lugs & glands & arrangements for 1 run / phase

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of automatic power factor improvement capacitor bank having aggregate capacity 35 KVAR in 12 stage, microprocessor based along with factory made type panel weather proof, vermin proof, fully ventilated both side opening and fabricated out of CRCA sheet 3.00 mm thick & frame angle of size 50mm x 50mm x 6mm having bus bar of Aluminium 200 Amps capacity, three phase and one neutral fixed on insulator and bus bar insulated by colored heat shrinkable sleeve & housed in specified compartment. Including powder coating internally externally the entire steel surfaces. All the cover shall have suitable locking arrangements, fully internally wired with suitable size of thimbles. Incoming/outgoing internal connection with PVC insulated PVC sheathed multi stranded copper wire of suitable size all as directed and comprising the following :-

(2) The panel manufacturer should have following certification : (i) CPRI certification Degree of protection IP-54 (should have IEC:61439-1 & 2 IEC:60529 tests). (ii) CPRI certification short circuit with stand strength should be 50 KA RMS for 1 sec with initial peak of 105 KA. (iii) CPRI certification rated current for short circuit not less than 5000A. (5) Drawing of panel board should be got approved from AGE(I) Raiwala before fabrication. (6) Panel board should be fully compartemtnalized in accordance to form 4 b of IEC 61439-1-2.

(7) Any item technically required for proper functioning of APFC panel but not mentioned in the item is deemed to be included in item rate quoted by the firm. (8)The Location of APFC Panel is newly constructed Light to Medium Regt Site inside Raiwala Military camp .

(5) Drawing of panel board should be got approved from AGE(I) Raiwala before fabrication. (6) Panel board should be fully compartemtnalized in accordance to form 4 b of IEC 61439-1-2. including and provision of GI strip upto 7.5 mtrs long with 40 mm dia light grade GI pipe protection and watering pipe of GI 20 mm bore, medium grade, including all exavation and earth work and connecting the earthing strip to panel, including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Notes : - (a) Panel manufacturers should have in house powder coating plant with minimum 8 tanks pretreatment of MS sheet facilities, dust free spray paint booth. (8 tanks pretreatment process includes : degreasing / water rinsing / de-rusting / water rinsing / activation / phosphating / water rinsing / passlvation. (b) Thickness of powder coating shall not be less than 80 mocrons and test certificate for power coating shall be furnished along with LT panel. (c) The panel manufacturer should have following certification :-

(iv) All the electrical switch gear like MCCBs, MCBs should be of same make, (v) Drawing of panel board should be got approved from GE before fabrication. (vi) Panel board should be fully compartmentalized in accordance to form 4 b of IEC 61439-1-2.

Material and Labor for Design, supply, Fabrication, Installation, testing and Commissioning factory made, LT panel board, Out door type, totally enclosed, dust and vermin proofm suitably ventilated, floor mounted, 415 volts, 3 phase and neutral, 50 hz, AC supply system, fully compartmentalised, both side open able, made out of 3.00mm thick CRCA sheet steel, protection of enclosure IP-54 as per IS : 2147 of 1962 with pre-treatment and powder coated of approved colour including suitable frame work / support made out of suitable size of angle iron / flat iron, front opening type with provision for cable entry, with proper ferrule and cable glands, internal wiring with PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor FRLS cable of adequate size (minimum 1.5 sqmm 4 core), including required civil works/anchoring bolts for fixing, PCC foundation etc with and including following all as specified and directed : -

(a) Busbarchamber : Electrically grade copper shrouded bus bar of capacity equal to 1.5 times of rated incoming control switch gear including interconnection of all switch gears, fixed on DMC insulators and provision of extension INCOMER : (i) MCCB 63 Amps, 415Volts, 4 pole 50 Hz, 16 KA with adjustable ,microproseccsor release in built instantaneous protection, Ics = 100%=Icu(1 sec) complete all as specified and directed. 01 Nos. (ii) Multifunction meter = 01 set. (ii) Phase Indication lamps (RYB), LED type - 01 No (set of three).

Outgoing : (a) (i) MCCB 40 Amps, 415Volts, 4 pole 50 Hz, 16 KA with adjustable thermal magnetic release, in built instantaneous protection, Ics = 100%=Icu(1 sec) complete all as specified and directed. 02 Nos (ii) MCB SPN 32 amps- 04 Nos

Notes : - (a) Panel manufacturers should have in house powder coating plant with minimum 8 tanks pretreatment of MS sheet facilities, dust free spray paint booth. (8 tanks pretreatment process includes : degreasing / water rinsing / de-rusting / water rinsing / activation / phosphating / water rinsing / passlvation. (b) Thickness of powder coating shall not be less than 80 mocrons and test certificate for power coating shall be furnished along with LT panel. (c) The panel manufacturer should have following certification :-

(i) CPRI Certification Degree of protection IP-54 (should have IEC:61439-1-2 & IEC:60529 tests). (ii) CPRI certificates short circuit with stand strength should be 50 KA RMS for 1 sec with initial peak of 105 KA. (iii) CPRI certification rated current for short circuit not less than 5000A. (iv) All the electrical switch gear like MCCBs, MCBs should be of same make, (v) Drawing of panel board should be got approved from GE before fabrication. (vi) Panel board should be fully compartmentalized in accordance to form 4 b of IEC 61439-1-2.

M & L for cutting of road /hard standing as required at site, not exceeding 20 cm width and not exceeding 90 cm in depth for laying of cable protection pipe including insert the cable inside pipe making good the disturbed road/hard standing by providing PCC (1:2:4) Type B-1 up to the existing surface level and make good complete all as directed.
