M&L for point wiring with PVC insulated unsheathed, stranded copper conductor FRLS cable single core 1.5 Sqmm and wire to be drawn in and including PVC concealed 20 mm bore complete with all accessories including PVC rectangular switch board of suitable size be fixed flush wall with 3.0 mm thick ebonite sheet cover and brass screws, cup washers etc or to be fixed on wall respectively all as directed by Engr -in Charge and providing earth continuity wire using PVC insulated, unsheathed single core stranded/solid copper conductor cable of size 1.5 Sqmm FRLS for light point for one exhaust fan point controlled by one way switch complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : The quoted rate includes necessary cutting, chases for concealed cnduite and making good to match the existing surfaces.

M&L switch piano 6 Amp flush type single pole one way with ISI marked complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L ceiling rose,3 terminal/PVC/polycarbonate, isolated body,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. .

M&L for making holes in the existing stone/brick masonary wall suitable for fixing the 300 mm sweep exhaust fan and making good disturbed surface complete all as speciied and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F heavy duty exhaust fan duly ISI marked, steel body AC single phase, 50 Hz, 230V of size 300 mm sweep, RPM 1400, Dubble ball bearings, with four blades, frame, noise level should be 56db, copper winded motor and louvers including making connections all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F exhaust fans made of sturdy engineering plastic complete with louvers shutter, voltage 230 V, 50 Hz, RPM 1200, copper winding of sweep 250 mm complete all as speciied and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) not exc 1.5 sqm each complete all as speciied and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster, any description, on brick or stone walls etc, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and disposal of debris complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 over stone masonary, concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth (without using extra cement), complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparing new plastered surfaces and M&L for applying chalk whitening/ concrete primer and /or cement base putty as required incl preparing the surfaces smooth by rubbing and / or sandpapering and M&L two coats of Distemper oil Emulsion on new plastered surfaces complete all as speciied and directted by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for fabrication of aluminium powder coated window any pattern & design (openable with hinges, sliding, tilt and turn, casement , fixed type, villa type, ventilators) fabricated with anodized aluminium rectangular or any type section in frame with approved design & patterns including provn of fixing galvanised mild steel wire cloth on the outer side of frame etc; fixed in position all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Glass pane will be measured and paid separately under respective Items of BOQ.

S&F of sheet glass ordinary quality but 4mm thick frosted glass complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F of powder coated aluminium anodised deco grill weighing not less than 1.40 kg/ sqm and fixing necessary joining cleats/ frame etc; complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
