M&L for preparing old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spot and filling the nail holes and small patches of peeled off plaster of size n exc 0.01 sqm by using filling compound of Altek/ birla white putty to obtain even and smooth finish using sand paper and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per sr item No 01 above but on ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall, pillasters, cornices etc by washing rubbing down and stopping etc and applying one coat of oil emulsion distemper complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing old external surfaces of wall and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance,dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surface of wood and wooden based material of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surface of steel material of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cement plaster (1:6) finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of internal wall by application of wall care putty to remove the dent and to make the surface even and smooth by grinding or rubbing with sand paper and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper over a coat of primer using roller complete all as specified and directed.
