PROVN OF LAYING OF 600 MM DIA CASING PIPE AT THREE LOCATIONS UNDER THE RAILWAY TRACK AT MISSAMARI MIL STN

M & L for 600mm dia boring by using HDD method under railway track for laying of MS pipe of 8mm thick at three different location all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (a) Boring of 600mm dia MS casing pipe required under railway track (exc 19 mtr & n.exc 24mtr) by HDD Method as per railway drawing at each location and blance land of Railway laying of MS pipe by use of JCB, Hydra etc as per site required. (b) 600mm dia MS pipe of 8mm thick shall be measured and paid separetly under the relevent item. (c) Any damages of railway / defence properties will be contractor responsibility. (d) All instruction will be followed as per Railway Report No BS-105. (e) Necessary liasion with Railway authority shall be done by contractor. (f) Rates quoted deemed to be included for transportation of HDD machine upto the site.

M & L for laying and fixing of 8mm thick 600mm dia MS casing pipe including jointing / Heavy welding all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for supply for laying jointing & testing of Ductile Iron(DI) pressure pipe of dia 400 mm with spigot and socket ends centrifugally cast(spun) class K-9, with cement mortar lining in inner side as per IS: 8329 & other relevent standards & mettallic zinc coating following by a finishing layer of epoxy paint in outer side, suitable for push on joint (rubber gasket joint) in any length with inside cement mortar lining laid in trenches complete all as specified.

M&L for supply for laying jointing & testing of Ductile Iron(DI) pressure pipe of dia 350 mm with spigot and socket ends centrifugally cast(spun) class K-9, with cement mortar lining in inner side as per IS: 8329 & other relevent standards & mettallic zinc coating following by a finishing layer of epoxy paint in outer side, suitable for push on joint (rubber gasket joint) in any length with inside cement mortar lining laid in trenches complete all as specified.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 metre wide and not exc 1.5 metre depth for laying of pipe line etc getting out including forming bottom surface to required level and gradient in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning and filling in excavated soil including spreading leveling, watering, well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified.

Removing of excavated materials not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed by Engr in Charge at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point.

Supplying and fixing water pipeline route marker with 100mmx100mmx5mm thick GI plate with inscription there on , bolted/welded to 35mmx35mmx6mm angle iron, 600mm long and fixing

M & L for removal and refixing of fencing from both side ( length of fencing max 10 mtrs each side) of the track all as required and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
