Finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade : Old work (one or more coats) applied @ .90 ltr/10 sqm

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : One ore more coat on old work

Distempering with oil bond washable distempering of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : One ore more coat on old work

Removing dry or oil bond distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the suface smoth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Repire to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches or area 2.5 sq. Mtr and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, ranking out joints and preparing and plastering the suface of the walls complete,including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer in charge with cement morter 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surfaceto prepare the suface even and smooth complete.
