Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulders/block masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, ashlar facing, dressed stonework, precast concrete artilcles and precast concrete block walling etc. Complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth for foundation etc and getting out in Hard rock complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete.

M&L for RCC type M-30 (20 mm graded aggregate) as in foundations, plinth beams, bases for column etc. complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for RCC type M-30 (20 mm graded aggregate) as in column pillar, piers, posts etc. complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for RCC type M-30 (20 mm graded aggregate) as in Beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span etc. complete all as directed.

M&L for form work to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns and plinth beams and similar work, complete all as directed.

M&L for form work to sides of columns, square, rectangular, complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Mild steel TMT (CRS) bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia, complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F Mild steel TMT (CRS) bars 8mm dia as in stirrups, spacers and binders, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia, complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping etc including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work all as specified.

M&L for preparing new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red-oxide primer.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of stone masonry surface in CM 1:6 incl finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of cement based primer complete all as specified.

M & L for mild steel (Fe.290.Gde-E-165) Framed work such as grills, gratings, for drains of angles, square bars sections rates are including of charges for welding, transportation, fixing in place etc complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for providing precast cement concrete type D1 (1:4:8) 20mm grade aggregate with solid block exceeding 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point all as specified.and directed

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm.all as specified and directed

S&F Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured)

S&F Concertina Coil, punched tape 2.60mm dia tensile spring steel wire, dia of coil 610mm, when stretched the length shall be 6.00mm in one coil and tied to barbed wire with and including proision of steel slips @ 5 clips spiral in one row complete without coating complete all as specified and directed.
