Dismantling of horizontal pump of capacity 05 cusec 21m head from base frame, dismembering of motor from pump, loading and shifting to private workshop for necessary repairs. Disassembling of same in the workshop for assessing the damages.

Manufacturing, Providing, fitting of pump shaft sleeves manufactured out of stainless steel SS410 as per sample required for shaft.

Providing and fitting of ball bearings of size 6217 (2 No.) to both driving end and non-driving end of pumping unit after removing and extracting old damaged bearings from bearing hubs. The job includes complete greasing of the bearings.

Rebuilding/Remetalling of stainless steel shaft at both ends and wherever necessary, creating of new threads by required tool and finishing of same on lathe complete. Providing and fitting of cotter pin (complete).

Manufacturing, Providing and fitting of chuck nuts as per sample.

Manufacturing, providing and fitting of neck ring of impeller complete manufactured out of Bronze material, repairing of pump impeller by Way of brazzing of impeller, complete to remove cuts, pits and scratches and then finishing of lathe.

Assembling of pumping units complete testing on no load at private workshop, shifting back to site installation testing successfully.

Disconnecting of 100 HP and 60 HP manually operated handle type star delta starters from circuit after disconnecting the power supply from HT transformer, extraction of starter from panel board, disassembling of starter, removing of old damaged copper contact points and providing and fitting of new copper contact points both moving and stationary upper and lower complete as per primitive sample. Also includes providing and fitting of trip coil as per requirement. The job also includes providing and filling of fresh T. oil of 5 liters connecting with circuit testing on no and full load successfully.

Providing, fabrication, fitting of rolled steel channel ISMC-100 for overhead gantry as a top beam. The job includes modification/addition, alteration of overhead gantry completely by required tools and tackles. The welding to be carried out by mobile welding set complete at site.
