| 1.00 | Supply and installation of Vision Barrier System with 12 mm thick multiwall polycarbonate Opaque sheet as per design and specifications with height- upto 1.2 meter and specifications of material is as under:-
(A) Vertical post with welded steel base plates with stiffeners, both complying with IS 2062 standards, vertical post shall be fixed from top of the Concrete railing/Crash barrier/where suitable in structure with 4 nos of chemical fastener at the distance of 1.5-meter c/c or as required. All steel structure shall be finished with 2 coats of Zinc phosphate primer and one coat of PU paint 40–60-micron, color option as per client requirement. Structure shall be designed and calculated as per IS 875 guidelines for wind and other load factors and Vetting it to the Govt. institute i.e IIT Delhi, NIT Kuruskhtera, DCRUST Murthal and Equal by the agency.
(B) View Barrier shall be made of 12 mm thick multiwall 50-micron UV coated both side polycarbonate sheet virtually unbreakable fixed with profile, fully opaque with outstanding toughness and heat resistance, with two sides 50-micron UV protection for vision and colour durability in longer run, with excellent outdoor all-weather performance sheets are produced according to EN 16240:2013/IS14443 standard.
“During the execution of the work, if any concrete structure is damaged by the agency, the same shall be repaired by the agency.”
