Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / mannual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth ,1.50 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan)including getting out anddiosposal of excavated earth lead up to 50 mts and lift up to 1.50 m All kinds of soil as directed by Engineer- in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts.

Earthwork in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50 mtr, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material including entire carriage of material within all leads & lifts.

Providing and Laying concrete for plain/reinforced concrete 1:4:8 in 25mm open foundations complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 802, 803, 1202 and 1203 including entire cariage of material within all leads & lifts.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm.thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm.so as to give a fair finish including centring,shuttering strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies,height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtr.and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete & plain concrete work: Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness)partitions and the like including attached pillasters buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like including entire carriage of material within all leads & lifts.

Providing & laying cement concrete 1:3:6(1cement:3sand: 6graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm.nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation & plinth including entire carriage of material within all leads & lifts.

Providing and laying Duro stone vetrified tiles (300x300mmx10mm) in grey/coloured or of approved shade in flooring, treads of steps and riser landing laid on a bed of 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 sand) laid over and jointed with neat cement slurry finished with flush pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of required shade to match the shade of tiles complete including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge: 80mm thick cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing Steel work welded in built up sections,trusses and framed work,including cutting ,hoisting ,fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint In gratings framed guard bars,ladders,railling,brackets and similar works including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts.(Amba/Kamdhenu / Jai Bhrat)

Providing, laying, 90 to 45mm (Ninety to forty five milimetre) nominal size Grading-1,spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading-1 as per Technical Specification Clause 405 by mechnical means including entire carriage of material within all leads & lifts.

Demolition of stone masonry below G.L. upto floor two level including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of un-serviceable materials within 20 metres lead Rubble masonry in cement mortar. Recovery of usefull stones to the tune of 1.56 cubic metre at the rate of Rs.1100/-only per cubic metre shall be deducted/effected from the contractors/firms running bills as per actual quantity executed including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts.

Demolition below G.L. upto 1.50Metres depth and disposal of unserviceable materials within any metres lead Un-reinforecd cement concrete upto 15 cm. Thickness including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts.

Dismantling tiled/terrazo/plaster surface floor laid in mortar upto floor two level including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of un-serviceable materials upto any lead For thickness of tiles/ terrazo fioors upto 25mm in thickness (wooden/concrete joists to be measured and paid for separately) including entire carriage of material within all leads & lifts.

Pointing on square rubble,coursed or un-coursed stone masonry with cement mortar 1:3(1 cement:3 Sand) Raised and cut pointing including entire carriage of material within all leads & lifts.

Providing and laying Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 sand:4 graded crushed stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)laid in one layer finished with a floating coat of neat Cement 50 mm thick including entire cariage of material within all leads & lifts.

Providing and fixing Garsa stone 12mm.cladding on R.C.C.surface side as on faces of Arch masonry walls etc.on 12mm. thick cement plaster 1:3(1cement:3sand) and jointed with cement slurry including scaffolding etc. complete including entire carriage of material within all leads & lifts.
