REPAIR AND REPLACEMENTOF LT UG CABLE AND ALLIED WORK IN MD ACCN AT RAIWALA MIL STATION AND NARENDRANAGAR UNDER AGE (I) RAIWALA

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for poles, laying of electric cable and GI tubing (where provided for protection of cables) and getting out trimming the sides, forming bottom surface to required level in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and exceeding 1.5 metre but not exceeding 03 mtr, in depth or part thereof in depth beyond the first 1.5 meter for poles, laying of electric cable and GI tubing (where provided for protection of cables) and getting out trimming the sides, forming bottom surface to required level in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in , including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 centimetre thick in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand for cushioning including spreading, levelling and hand punning to underground cable in trench all as specified and directed. Note : Punned thickness shall only be measured and paid.

Material and labour for cable protection with sub class ‘B’ bricks old size, laid dry, flat over sand cushining of cable, perpendicular across the cable in trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down unserviceable serviceable cable /UG cable of any size up to 95 Sqmm carefully from trenches/poles/ducts/LT panels, OH conductors and relay at different locations all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Labour only for laying, fixing or passing through pipe, laid in trenches or fixed to pole/wall or fixed to LT panel board, insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, XLPE , 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area of size 95 Sqmm sqmm 3.5 core with all as specified and directed. by Engr-in-charge (Note: XLPE UG Cable shall be issued by the department under Sch B)

M&L steel work in FE-410-S grade for cross arms, bracing, supported, clamps & back plates fabricted from structural steel section including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, Bending cold and hot Drilling hole for bolts, in any size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one coat of red oxide primer one under coat and one finishing coat of paint aluminium complete all as specified and directed.

Dismatling and taking down old/unsv ACSR conductor any size complete to carrying to store for Credit all as specified and directed

S&F ACSR conductor incl jointing with existing conductor and stringing on LT pole and proper fastening to pin/shackle insulators with aluminium binding wires and required jumpering connection all as directed.

Dimantling and taking down old/unsv LT insulator of any type any size from pole/stay or carrying to store for credit complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pin type, porcelain, vitreous, brown, including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washer and one galvanised iron nut, 100mm height and 65 mm dia for 1100 volts grade all as specified and directed..

S&F shackle type,porcelian vitreous white, brown or green insulator including galvanised mild steel straps , washers, insulators bolts ,washer and nuts of size 100 mm height and 115 mm dia for 1100 Volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate eletrode 600 x 600 x 6.0 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 meters below ground level connected by 32 x 6 mm GI strip as earth lead by means of brass nuts and bolt, thimbles, check nuts, washers including concrete chamber of PCC 1:3:6 type c-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, with fair finish, internal surface of concrete chamber shall be given internal dia 300mm x 300mm, 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 funnel with wire mesh, RCC pit cover of 320 x 320 x 80 m size (1:2:4) Type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, adequate quantity of common salt, charcoal etc all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I (2009) and specified including and provision of GI strip upto 7.5 mtr long with 40 mm dia light grade GI pipe protection and watering pipe of GI 20 mm bore, medium grade, including all excavation and earth work and connecting the earthing strip to an earthing test point/panel including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (i) RCC pit cover shall be precast of RCC (1:2:4) type B1, 80 mm thick reinforced with XPM weighting not less than 4 Kg/Sqm in lieu of CI cover. (ii) Cost of additional GI strip more than 7.5 meter will be measured and paid seperately under relevant item.

Labour only for restringing of overhead ACSR conductor of any size of 4 wire and 2 wire on pole after disconnecting all jumper connection & binding of insulators and including rejointing all connections and insulators, jumper binding with aluminium conductorcomplete all as specified and directed . Note : (i) Pole to pole distance will be measured as one span (ii) In Pole to Pole 4 wire and if found 2 wire each conductor measured as one span.

M & L for jointing the LT cable with Cold straight through joint, by disconnecting the cable ends, removing the damaged portions of cable, by suitable means, joining by ferrules etc and testing for LT 1100 V cable of size 3.5/4 core 25-50 Sqmm all as directed and specified.

Supply only GI tubing light grade 40mm bore, ISI marked, for cable protection

M/L for trimming of branches of trees touching LT electric over head line and making clear about 3 mtr in radius by climbing up tree or by providing ladder, at a height of 9 mtr and above and carrying and depositing where directed not exceeding 50 mtr. Note : (i) Necessary T & P items arrange by contractor. (ii) While cutting the tree branches the fallen branch damaged the contactor, insulator, pole the contractor should be replaced the said items without any extra cost. If contrctor failed to rectify the complaint withing 4 hours of time period the penalty of Rs 10000 imposed per hour till rectify (iii) Cutting of tree consider in each span only not no of tree in one span have 10 trees it cnsider only one span.

M&L for road cutting and boring of road without damage surface and inserts GI pipe and cable without any damage of any size making good with PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) of 150mm X 100mm inrespect of width and thickness complete all as directed by Enger -in- charge.

M & L for Dismantling weakend stay assembly complete and M & L for Stay assembly complete with accessories as shown in electrical plate No. 1,i.e Stay rod 1.8 Mtr length 16 mm dia and size of stay grip 7/2.50 mm, size of stay plate 230 x 230 x 6 mm mild steel galvanised material, stay bows shall be of mild steel galvanised of 14 mm dia and 40 cm length all shown as per MES SSR Part-I, , the stay rod shall be embedded in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C 2 to a depth not less than 1.67 Meters in such a way that the top of the concrete block so formed is well below the ground level to prevent uprooting of the stay rod. A stay rod of length 1.8 mtrs and dia 16 mm dia , length of remaining 45 cm of the stay rod shall project above the ground level. The stay wire of size 7/3.15 mm shall be fixed to the stay rod at the bottom and to the stay clamp to the pole, by means of well spiced joints with a porcelain guy insulator of size 65 x 95 mm placed 3 Mtr above the ground level and a turn back to inserted in the middle and near the top respectively.The stay clamps shall be located near about the centre of gravity of the pull of the over head conductors, stay rod and thimble shall be in correct alignment with stay wire. The angle between the pole and the wire should be about 45˚ to 30˚ complete all specified and directed by Engr-in charge. (Note: Excavation, earth work, PCC deemed to be included in the quoted rate)

M & L for Cradle guard for existing LT OH line as per IE specification of type Heagonal/rectangular,fabricated with galvanised steel wire 4mm dia all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling unserviceable broken steel pole, struts of any size form the site and removing existing concrete block complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supplying and erecting in true vertical position steel tubular swaged pole, 09 metres long, type 410 SP-31, complete with cast iron base plate, pole cap, final taper plug, bolts, nuts, washers etc including necessary earth work and excavation, PCC in foundation 1:4:8 type D2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate and PCC 1:3:6 type C2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth block, disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m, painting two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer including 3 nos band/straps with colour (200mm wide each) synthetic enamelled paint at a distance 200 mm from plinth, block and marking pole nos with black synthetic enamelled paint including tarring one coat on steel surface embedded in concrete and provided anti climbing device and danger notice plates etc) complete all as specified and directed.(Note:Excavation and PCC work measured and paid separtely)

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate, as in foundation, filling, mass concreting etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M &L for Cement concrete Type C-2, 1:3:6 (40 mm in graded aggregate) foundations,filling and mass concrete for foundation and cassing of pole and demolition of existig coping and construct new coping complete all as specefied and directed.

Supply and fix Bus bar chamber made out of 3.15 mm thickness sheet metal enclousre totay enclosed outdoor type, vermin proof, powder coated paint, metal clad with porcelain insulator and colour coated tinned copper bus bar 415 volts, 200 Amps rated, 4 pole for connecting UG cable, fixed on existing pole or new pole and required size of steel clamp, screw, bolt, nut, washers for tightend with pole, in outer site the letters shown Danger 440 volts in black colour all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge
