Cutting in earth work by mechanical in all heights and depths, in all kind of soil including saturated soil comprising of pick work, jumper work and blasting woar both in soft and hard roac with chiseling and wedging out of rovk (where blasting is prohibited) and their. wherever required, setting of to the required lines, levels as shown on the drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in charge at site according to the HP.PWD., specification of 1990 (One thousand nine hundred ninety) Volume-I (One) and sorting out usful and unuseful material and transportation of the unusfil material for desposing at dumping site (To be arranged by the contractor) as per satisfaction of Engineer-in -Charge through all modes of transportation including head load, animal load or machineries, tools equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mecanical means and labour (if required) All the usful material such as stones,shingles aggregate and slates shall be properly stacked at site to the maximum possible extent in all leads and lifts through all modes of transportation as per the direction of the Engineer-in -Charge. The recovery of useful stone, wheather usefull or not, for 1214.04 cubic metre. (one thousand Two hundred forteen point four Cubic Metre) @ 300/- (Rupes Three hundred)per cubik metre shel be effected on pro rata bases in all circumstances. Any loss to the public and private property, human being, mechinery during the course of excavation and disposal of serviceable material shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor, which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respects including all incidental charges as per the direction of the Engineer-in -Charge.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydruli excevator) in foundation and trenches in all heights and depths in all kinds of soils, including saturated soils comprising of pick work, jumper work and blasting work both in soft and hard rock, with chiseling and wedging out of rock;(where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soils including ,dewatering wherever required, setting out to required lines, grades, sides slopes triming bottoms and levels as shown on the drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge at site, according to the H.P.PWD.specification of 1990 volume-I and sorting out useful & unuseful materials and stacking the same in all leads and lifts and transportation of the unuseful materials and stacking the same in all leads and lifts and transportation of the uesfull materials on approved dumping sites or otherwise including payment of prescribed charges if leived any to the owner of dumping site (Arranged by the contractor) through all modes of transportation including head load, animal load or mechanical means along with its leveling fine dressing and all labour, machineries, materials, tools equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanized means and labour (if any required). All usefull materials, such as stones, shingles, aggregate and slates shall be sorted out and stacked in the plot upto maximum possible extent in all leads and lifts through all modes of transportation as per the direction of the Engineer-in -Charge. Any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution and disposal of serviceable and unserviceable materials shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor and shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respects, including all incidental charges.

Earthwork in excavation for structure in all depth as per drawing and technical specification for rural roads August 2004 Clause 305.1(Three hundred Five point One) and 1606.1(One six zero six point one) including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal in all lead and lifts including dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material. All work of excavation by blasting shall be carried out by taking all necessary precautions against soil erosions, damage to hill side water pollution etc. and to protect stability of hill side roak shall be executed with chiseling and wedging out rock (where blasting is prohibited) all earth work in cutting/ excavation including roak excavation shall be crried out true to grades, width, camber super elevation and level as shown on the drawing as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge hauling and stacking of materials usefull for construction at sutable site and safe disposal of unsuitable cut materials in specified dimension or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge if the foundation of the structure is in an area with stagnant water is met with in the excavation due to spring seepage rain and other cause it shall be remove by sutable diversion bailing out or pumping as directed and the area of the foundation or embankment shall be kept dry. All the surplus excavated earth to be dumed at dumping site (dumping site will be arranged by the contractor on his own cost) Any loss to the public or private property during the course of execution shall be the sole responsibility of the contractor, which shall have to be duly compensated by him at his own cost of all cases including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete. including carriage of all labour equipments and materials to various location through all modes of transportation including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and other incidential charges as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 (Three point One Five ) millimeters thick welded with angle iron in frame 30*30*5 (Thirty into Thirty into Five ) millimeters, so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden/steel battens and ballies in all heights of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling and removal of the same in-situ-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work including carriage of all labour equipments and materials to various location through all modes of transportation including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and other incidential charges as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
