M&L for replacement of water coolent in radiator of DG Set TVS Girling/volvo line or equivelent make as approved.

Cleaning of the fuel tank of DG sets with kerosene oil after decaning the diesel of following capacities:-

M&L for repair of U/S UPS including repair /replacement of U/S inverter card ,PFC board,SMPS board ,rewiring,PCB board ,and any other part required for smooth functioning of UPS all as specified and directed

Provision of Annual maintenance contract for maintenance of 3 Phase 20 KVA online UPS installed at MH through OEM Authorised services center for one year -one Job Note :- Copy of AMC contract and purchase order with OEM/Authrised services dealer to be submitted before payment .

M&L for taking down U/S battery from UPS and supply and installation of sealed lead acid battery of 12V 42 AH of minium 3 year warranty .

Servicing/repairing of AMF system built in with DG set of any capacity including cleaning resetting / adjustment of relays, calibration of time delay relays, checking and replacing u/s diodes, resistors etc as required.

Supplying and fixing in renewal sealed maintenance free lead acid battery 12 volt, 150 AH for DG set with garranty of 18 months as required. Make - Exide Genplus or AMCO Insta Power or Amaron Quanta as approved.

Supplying and fixing in renewal sealed maintenance free lead acid battery 12 volt, 180 AH for DG set with garranty of 18 months as required.

Supplying and fixing in renewal battery terminals of brass with steel nuts, bolts & washers as required.

Supplying and fixing in repairs flexible rubber coupling suitable for DG set 25 KVA to 250 KVA capacity as required.

Supplying and fixing in repairs asbestos rope 12 mm dia wound over exhaust pipe of DG set of any capacity complete.

Supplying and fixing in renewal LED aviation obstruction light in yellow painted die cast aluminium alloy housing, red coloured polycarbonate dome and accessories to be fixed on overhead tank of 18 m staging with flexible wire from pumphouse to OHTlight . as per C&S cat ref no LTAL001.

Supplying and fixing in repairs/ general servicing of oil fired incinerator (buchary near DOU)existing capacity including replacement of u/s temperature controller meter, ignition transformer, solenoid valve, coupling jointer nipple and hydraulic pressure pipe for satisfactory operation complete.

Supply and fix of All kanthal make heater approx 20 nos length 6' replacement with ceramic connector and nut bolts.

Supplying and fixing bricks lining work as per open bricks 30mm hole IS-8 refectory lining in primary and secondry chamber .

Repairing of ventury scrubber pump and quencher pump .

Servicing and repairing of FD/ ID Fan.

Replacement all Thermocouple 3 Nos for primary ,secondary chamber and quencher 1200 degree celsius

M&L of ventury tank filter cloth.

Supply, installing, commissioning and testing AMF panel for 250 KVA DG set, board made out of CRCA sheet 2.5mm thick dust and vermin proof and angle iron . thimble and cable entry boxes with cable glands. Panel should covered from all sides with front and back lockable door and hinges , including painting with two coats synthetic enameled paint over a coat of red oxide primer and consisting of the following :-
