Maintenance of Genset arrangements at 606 TNGRHS flats at Thirumangalam for the period from 01.09.2026 to 31.03.2027

Annual Comprehensive maintenance contract and servicing the following capacity diesel generator set including all minior repair works for engine as follows. 1. Check the engine oil level, filter and clean the container, usually check all the lubrication lines for damages or leakages, change the unconditional parts if necessary. 2. Check the hose V-belt , fan, fan belt, Water pump and engine temperature & change the unconditional parts if necessary. 3. Check the air locks, air restriction,case breather and air elements. 4. Check the fuel line connection for leaks or damage, Governor linkage and drain the sediments from crank case. Check the fuel filter and change parts if necessary. 5. Check Charging system , Battery condition ,Exhaust restriction,Smoke condition,alternator, safety controls etc., and as directed by the departmental officers. Engine Make - Kirloskar, Capacity - 250 KVA, Speed - 1500 RPM, Model -6SL1500TA 03.
