REPAIR TO INTERNAL WATER SUPPLY, TILING, SANITARY FITTINGS AND OTHER CONNECTED REPAIRING WORKS IN TECH AREA AT AF STN JAMNAGAR UNDER GE (AF) JAMNAGAR NO 1

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets

S&F false ceiling of Non asbestos fiber cement building boards, manufactured from homogeneous mixture of cement, quartz and cellulose and cured with high pressure steam using auto claving process confirming to IS-14862, of size 600mmx 600mmx 4mm thick fixed over and including anodised aluminium powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) snap grid frame work of T Section (main & cross member) of size 25mm x25mmx1.5 mm thick in square pattern of grid size 600x600mm. The aluminium frame work will supported on side wall with the used of alumminium 'L' section of size 25x25x1.5mm angles etc. Snap grid shall be supported with hangers of 4mm dia, galvanised iron wire adjusting level fixed to roof slabs/truss etc by means of ceiling cleats made out of galvanised iron flat of size 40x3mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia 40mm long complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames n.exc 1.5 sq. m each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame)

S&F of solid PVC door frame of size 50mmx47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube, suppling and fixing in opening as per specified and direction of Engr-in-Charge.

S&F of factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (Style) consisting of frame made out of M.S tubes for top and bottom rails. M.S frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel moulded plain colour PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, supplying and fixing in the frame at site as perspecified and direction of Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 100mm long aluminium anodised barrel tower bolt of exturded section complete all as specified and as directed

S&F of Aluminium handles, cast type anodised 100 mm complete all as specified and as directed

S&F for Butt hinges, medium weight, cold rolled mild steel, and fixed, size of hinges in 75 mm, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry / PCC block masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles

M&L Precast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in block masonry with soild bocks, exc 10cm width and set in cement mortar 1:6 compete all as specified and directed.
