ITEM NO. 1 : Cutting openings, through brick walls built in cement mortar for door, window and other openings or enlarging existing openings, converting window into door openings etc. or cutting out defective brick work for under- pinning, including providing, fixing and removing shoring, cleaning and stacking bricks, removing surplus serviceable bricks, hard-core, etc and rubbish not exc. 50 mtr from site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
ITEM NO. 2 : Taking down Cement plaster or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls including raking out joints, hacking for key & scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
ITEM NO.3 : Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) as in roofs, floors (other than ground floors) beams, slabs, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
ITEM NO.4 : Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

ITEM NO.7 : Taking down chowkhats or frames n.exc 1.5 sqm each (without taking off shutter from the frame) and removing from the site including dismantling brick work of hold fasts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
ITEM NO.8 : Taking down chowkhats or frames exc 1.5 sqm but n.exc 4 sqm each (without taking off shutter from the frame) and removing from the site including dismantling brick work of hold fasts etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
ITEM NO.9 : Taking down shutters of any description n exc 1 Sqm each and removing from the site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

ITEM NO.13 : Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc,including erection and refixing of old framed steel work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc, complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and fixing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
ITEM NO.14 : Dismanting of stucturel steel work as in door chowkats, shutters guard bars and similar items but excluding framed truss complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
ITEM NO.15 : Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size , quality or description) from wooden, glazed with putty or fixed with beads including clearing rebates for re-glassing, taking out beads, removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
ITEM NO.16 : Dismantling wooden boarding any description, fixed in any position with nails as in shelves of cup board and pelmets of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
ITEM NO.17 : Running welding in repairs to hinges of steel window/pressed steel door and steel ladder of various guard post /watch towers and making good for opening of doors/window shutters thickness of metal to be welded exc 6 mm but n exc 9 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
ITEM NO.18 : Taking down of Eaves gutter/rain water pipe( AC rain water pipe /SWG pipe line of any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fitting and accessories) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
ITEM NO.19 : Demolition and breaking up 150 mm bore drain pipes (salt glazed stone ware pipes) set in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
ITEM NO.20 : Taking up or down steel tubing and connections of 15mm bore in pipe, including cleaning for re-fixing or removal from site to store complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
ITEM NO.21 : Taking up or down steel tubing and connections of 20mm bore in pipe, including cleaning for re-fixing or removal from site to store complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
ITEM NO.22 : Dismantling of cast iron or RCC drain pipes 100 mm bore jointed in cement mortar from floors/walls etc. and taking out of trenches if required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
ITEM NO.23 : Dismantling of cast iron or RCC drain pipes 75 mm bore jointed in cement mortar from floors/walls etc. and taking out of trenches if required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
ITEM NO.24 : Cutting chases, pinning in, making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed Conduit(TV/Tele Socket) etc., and making good, cutting not exc 10cm girth and complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
ITEM NO.25 : Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position.(cleaning reparing etc measured separately) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
ITEM NO.26 : Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar incl all quions arches, pillar or any other description etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
ITEM NO.27 Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position including cutting of rienforcement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

ITEM NO. 39 : 40 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B 1 (20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) as in PCC flooring finishing concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
ITEM NO. 40 : 40 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B 1 (20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) as in PCC flooring including spike rolling to surfaces or making impressions of expanded metal, while the concrete is green complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge.

ITEM NO.43 : Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregates as in concrete bed to drain pipes laid to falls in trenches in any depth including packing under and haunching against the sides for 300mm bore reinforced concrete pipes after the pipes are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
ITEM NO.44 : Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregates as in concrete bed to drain pipes laid to falls in trenches in any depth including packing under and haunching against the sides for 450 mm bore reinforced concrete pipes after the pipes are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
ITEM NO. 45 Concrete bed to drain pipes of 150mm bore including packing under and hauching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested in PCC 1:3:6 type C2 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.
ITEM NO.46 : Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in roof kerbs or mud stops and benching, rounded or chamfered on edges , coving shall be 150 mm in radius mixed with acrylic based polymer water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : WPC shall be paid separately.
ITEM NO.47 : Plain Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm mechanically graded crushed stone aggregate as in padding to roof to maintain the required slope and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating with and including using necessary use and waste of formwork for fair finished surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
ITEM NO.48 : Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in surface channel/drains inside the manholes , copings, slabs, benching in manholes, haunching around manhole frame for settting and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating with and including using necessary use and waste of formwork for fair finished surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
ITEM NO.49 : Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in surface channel/drains inside the manholes , copings, slabs, benching in manholes, haunching around manhole frame for setting and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating with and including using necessary use and waste of formwork for fair finished surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
ITEM NO.50 : Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped end etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE: Inner girth only be measured and paid.
ITEM NO.51 : Add or deduct in per serial item No.50 here-in-before for each 25 mm girth or part thereof over or under 30 cm -ditto- complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
ITEM NO.52 : Reinforced Cement Concrete Design mix using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in chajjas and the like complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
ITEM NO.53 :Reinforced Cement Concrete Design mix using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
ITEM NO.54 : Reinforced Cement concrete Design Mix using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in, copings, benching in Design Mix manholes, haunching around manhole frame for settting and as in lintels upto clear span 1.5 metre and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating with and including using necessary use and waste of formwork complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
ITEM NO.55 : Reinforced Cement Concrete Design Mix using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in Beams, Design Mix cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span bed blocks,coping and the like including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge..
ITEM NO.56 : Use & waste of formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves inncluding supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc. (rough finished flat surfaces of concrete), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
ITEM NO.57 : Use & waste of Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings , slab over manholes similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) (rough finished flat surfaces of concrete), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
ITEM NO.58 : Use & waste of Formwork to sides and soffits of plinth bands , lintel bands, shelves etc and edges of concrete flats, breaks in floors, openings in concrete walls, floors and roofs and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping, and similar work all exceeding 20cm wide complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
ITEM NO.59 : Use and waste of form work to Chullah hoods, chajjas, troughs and similar items including edges and similar work for fair finish surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
ITEM NO.60 : Use & waste of formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs n exc 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 10cm but n exc 20cm wide (rough finished surfaces of concrete), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
ITEM NO.61 : TMT steel bars 10mm dia and over, of grade Fe-500D cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
ITEM NO.62 : TMT steel bars 8 mm dia, of grade Fe-500D cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
ITEM NO.63 : TMT steel bars 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia , of grade Fe-500D cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending stirrups spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips as in strirrups , spacers and binders complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
ITEM NO.64 :Glazed ceramic tiles white of size 150x75x5/6mm with required alphabet/number printed black on tile for the purpose of marking bldg no/qtr no fixed & jointed with 3 to 6 mm thick tile adhesive with notched trowel and pointed in grout of matching shade of tiles, at location decided by the Engineer-in-Charge complete.
ITEM NO.66 : First quality, Non skid ceramic, coloured, rectified i.e. straight edge (locally known as joint free) tiles of size 600 x 600mm each and of thickness not less than 9 to 10 mm, in verical surfaces such as skirtings, dados and risers to steps etc (by cutting the tiles to required height). over and including 10 mm thick cement mortar (1:4) rendering, set jointed and pointed in grout of matching shade of tiles, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
ITEM NO.67 : First quality Non - skid coloured Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm as in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement mortar over and inculding 15 mm thick screed in cement mortar (1:6) and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
ITEM NO.69 : Glazed ceramic coloured tiles 450 x 300 x 6 to 7mm thick on vertical surface such as skirting , dado etc. over and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 thick set and jointed in neat cement mortar and pointed in white or colour cement to match tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
ITEM NO.72 : Machine cut Kota stone slab flooring 18-22 mm thick, for staircase step (treads) in single piece (of length not more than 1200 mm), laid over over & including 15 mm thick (average thickness) cement mortar (1:3) screed and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing (mirror finish) complete, including provn of two Nos 3x3mm grooves at tread of each step complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
ITEM NO.73 : Machine Cut Kota stone slab 18-22 mm thick on vertical surfaces like riser of steps, skirting, in single piece (of length not more than 1200 mm) over & including 10 mm thick (average thickness) cement mortar (1:3) rendering and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing (Mirror finish), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
ITEM NO.74 : Machine cut Kota stone slab flooring 18-22 mm thick, laid over & including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing (mirror finish) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
ITEM NO.75 : Machine cut Kota stone slab 18-22 mm thick as in skirting, dado and pillars etc , laid over & including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing (mirror finish) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
ITEM NO.76 : Granite jet black shade, 18-20 mm thick, (table rubbed and polished) in single piece (in one direction) machine cut, machine polished, bedded and jointed with adhesive suitable for granite/stone & pointed with grout of matching shade including necessary cutting over & including 10 mm thick (average thickness) cement mortar (1:3) screed, as in cooking platform, shelves, RCC counters, window cills & similar situations, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
ITEM NO.77 : Baroda green marble, 18-20 mm thick, (table rubbed and polished) machine cut, laid over & including 15 mm thick (average thickness) cement mortar (1:3) screed and bedded, jointed with grey cement slurry & pointed with grout of matching shade including rubbing and polishing (Granite finish), over cooking platform shelves , RCC counters, window cills & similar situations complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE: Full round nosing if ordered on exposed edges shall be paid separately under respective item.
ITEM NO.78 : Rounding to edges of stone (of any description) slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations including cutting, rubbing and polishing (mirror finish), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
ITEM NO. 79 : Providing and laying of 300x300 mm & 10mm thick Anti-Skid vitrified pavement tile in approved color & Shade in anti skid finish set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement & pigment to match over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in - Charge . (Note: Design/pattern shall be as approved by GE at the time of execution)
ITEM NO. 80 : Supply only Glass dividing strips, 3mm thick and inserted in position to conform to design width of strip 38mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge.
ITEM NO. 81 : Supply only 4mm thick plain Asbestos cement sheet 75mm wide as in dividing strips in flooring fixed in position to conform to design all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge.
ITEM NO.82 :Brick work using burnt clay bricks of sub class 'B' ,class designation 100, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6.00 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:4) including corbellings etc, raking out joints internally and also externally (above G.L.) for plastering and externally joints pointed flush below ground level in the same mortar as the work proceeds complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
ITEM NO.83 :Description All as per serial item No. 82 here-in-above but except bricks -ditto-
ITEM NO.84 : Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, class designation 100, old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6.00 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note for item 328 & item 329 :--Two-year comprehensive maintenance including operating costs after one year of defect liability period. They would include the following items. (a) Monthly SIM charges for the D.C.U. The contractor would ensure supply of appropriate SIM’s to ensure necessary signal availability. The contractor would change SIM or SIM provider as required. In case of network issues, the contractor would liason with the Telecom service providers for the necessary resolution. (b) Recurring SIM/SMS charges. The SMS would be issued for the payments alerts low balance alert and disconnection/connection alerts. (c) Software AMC. This would include necessary upgradations in the software such as support to the chrome browser changes, android version changes, iOS version changes. These changes happen on frequent basis and the software would support all the related changes. (d) Changes in government tariff structure. The government tariff structure changes may require software upgrade. The same would be included in AMC scope of work. (e) Remote server admin support- Ensuring adequate data base back up, upgradations in the operating system, antivirus updates, data base upgrade etc. (f) Reports development- the additional reports as needed for the success of the project would be developed. (g) Software installation on any alternate/ backup server if required. (h) The communication network monitoring and support. (i) Configuration of the repaired/replaced hardware in the system. (j) Trouble shooting and necessary action to run the system as required. (k) Software bug fixing as and when required. (l) The software would be hosted on MEITY (Ministry of Information Technology) approved by GCC (Government community cloud).
ITEM NO.329A : Supply and configuration of the web based software per meter with the following modules: (i) Meter data management Module The meter data management module would be responsible for collecting the data from the concentrator and make the data available to the billing system. The meter data management system would capture and provide the following data (a) 30 Min installations data from all the meter for seven parameter-commulative energy, comulative apparent energy (as applicable), Power, current, voltage, power factor and frequency. (b) Monthly billing survey data for comulative energy and max. demand. (c) Billing Module The billing module would collect the data from the meter data management module calculate the energy consumption, calculate billing determinant and make energy data/billing data available to admin and the end users. The billing module include functionalities for tariff setup bill format setup, bill adjustment occupation billing and vacation billing. The system would be set up as postpaid billing system. It would allow postpaid and prepaid functionality as required. (d) Occupation and vacation modules The system would support occupation/vacation and billing reports. The software would collect data from D.C.U. The software would provide access to staff as well as the occupants for the actual running data. (e) Web site- There would be a dedicated website for the AGE and BSO team to view all the data and information. The designated users in MES would have the admin access to the application. The MES staff would have also the access of the key information on an android mobiles app (for admin use only).
(f) Customer portal The system would include a customer portal for the resident/occupant to log in and view their own energy/billing data. There would be android and its own data and balance on regular basis. (g) Energy Accounting Module : The system would include feature of energy accounting. The system would be able to account for total energy blockwise facility wise and would also allow calculations of unaccounted energy in case total energy meter is also available. (h) Communication Module : The system would provide communication of energy data and bills via print,email and SMS methods. (i) Meter Master Data : The system would support meter master data repository. The system would support meter replacement process. (j) Excel Export : The system would support export of metering and billing data in excel format. (k) Customer care module : The software would include a customer care module where the user would be log in any complaint. The service provider would monitor the complaints and carry out the necessary activities for the complaints resolution. (l) Meter installation Module : The software would include an app based meter installation module where the meter installation or changes can be captured on the app itself and the reading may be demonstrated to the user, if required on the app itself. (m) Activity communication : The software support communication of the various activities such as occupation, vacation meter change, personal details change etc with the user as well as the department on email. Make : Innologix, SAP, Oracle. Note : (i) The software would be hosted on MEITY (Ministry of Information Technology) approved GCC (Government community cloud). (ii) The software would contain two years defect liability including all operating expenses such as GPRS charges, hosting charges etc.
ITEM NO.329B : Supply and installation of IP-67 protected Data concentrated unit (DCS) compatible for remote Automatic Metering infrastructure (AMI) solution and capable of communicating with the smart energy meter in the corresponding frequency band and with the data server through GPRS/Ethernet with comprehensive maintenance for two years after one year defect liability period. It would have internal memory to store data of at least 200 modules. It would have IP-67 protection.
