Other vendors who claim to be approved by RDSO for the tendered item but not appearing in the above mentioned letter, must submit valid approval document from RDSO failing which such offer shall be summarily rejected. Offer from authorized dealer/agents shall not be considered even tender specific authorization from OEM, and such offer shall be summarily rejected.
