Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 50 mm and disposal of scarified material within all lifts and lead upto 1km (by mechanical means).

Brick edging on both sides of the road of first class brick 8 cm (3'') wide and 12 cm 4.5'' deep laid with mud mortar including labour and supply of bricks finished to required template and and proper alingment and also including dressing and ramming the excavatd earth as directed by Engineer-in- Charged.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 (with 22.4 - 53 mm size st. ballast) as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS-2) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at rate of 0.70-1.0 Kg/Sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen VG-10 using Bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.30 to 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix Surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates using viscocity grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable hot mix plant of appropriate capacity not less then 200 tonnes/ hour, laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller finished to required level and grades as per Technical Specification Clause 510.

Providing and laying of premix sand seal coat by HMP of appropriate capacity not less than 200 tonnes/hours using crushed stone chipping 6.75 mm size and penetation bitumen suitable grade as per Technical Specification Clause 511.

Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compund with Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface. Providing and Laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick reflectonsing glass beads @250gms per sqm area,thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35-2015.The finished surface to be level, uniform and from streaks and holes.

Surface dressing of the ground/road shoulder including removing vegetation and in equalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m.in All kinds of soil

Earth work cutting or in embankment (for patri) inordinary soil excavation to be in the form of regular pit not exceeding 0.50 metre in depth and earth work in embankment to be in 20 cm layer including ramming and dressing the surface to required level and slope and also including 1.50m lift and 200 m lead. The earth from cutting to be used in making embankment or to be used as a spoil bank within 30 m distance as directed by engineer in charge including all cost of labour material t&p complete.
