Providing Sewerage system to Kangra Town in Tehsil and District Kangra (H.P).

Demolition of cutting of matalled bitumenns and concrete road and pucca paver on or below G.L upto 1.50 meter depth including stacking of servicable material and disposal of unservicable material within 20 meter leads and including cutting the necessary reinforcement complete within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in foundation ( trenches for pipes and M/holes) upto all depths in all classification of earth work such as pick work, jumper work, blasting soft/hard rock or chieselling soft/hard rock where blasting is prohibited, cutting of matelled bitumenous roads / pucca pavements i/c saturated soil/ bailing or pumping out water in all lifts including trimming and dressing of sides,levelling of beds to correct grade including shoring,strutting, planking, timbering and dewatering wherever required, stacking the useable and un-usable material/soil separately and after laying, jointing and testing of pipes returning the useable soil to trenches in 15cm (fifteen centimeters)layers including consolidating of each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil,un-usable materials as directed within all leads and lifts including restoration of un-metalled surfaces to its original condition and also including cost of diversion of traffic,night signals,fixing caution boards,crossing over trenches for access to houses,fencing etc.complete in all respects within all leads and lifts as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Laying, jointing and testing in trenches to be levelled to grade, centrifugal cement mortar lined ductile iron(spun) pressure pipes confirming to BIS 8923-2000 class K-7,suitable for tyton (push on joints) including bends of all degrees, tees, collars, tapers (if required) crosses, short pieces , tail pieces, plugs of required sizes i/c cutting pieces, chamfering where- ever required (earth work in trenches and cost of joints to be measured and paid for separately) including carriage with in all leads and lifts complete in all respects to the best satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge of the following nominal diameters.

Laying, jointing with tyton( push on joints) DI pipe conforming to BIS 12820 latest addtion / amendments to ductile iron pipes and fittings i/c testing of the joints complete in all respects within all leads and lifts as per directions and satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. (Tyton joints / rubber gaskets SBR quality to be issued by Department free of cost).

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8(1:cement :4 sand:8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth i/c carriage of material within all leads and lifts.as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying reinforcement cement concreate work 1:1½:3 (1 cement: 1½ sand:3 graded Stone 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work:-

Foundation footings bases of columns and the like and mass concrete complete with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

In walls(any thickness) and not less than 0.10 mtr thickness attached pillaster buttresses, plinth and string courses etc from top of foundation level up to floor two level with in all leads and lifts.as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:2:4(1cement:2sand:4graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth with in all leads and lifts.as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

In suspended floor roofs,landings, shelves and their supports balconies, beams girders bressumers and centilevers upto floor two level i/c carriage of material within all leads and lifts.as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing mild steel/tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level (tor steel) complete with in all leads and lifts. as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & fixing of precast RCC (SFRC) manhole cover with frame conforming to IS specifications Code- 12592 Part-I & II with latest amendment (Medium duty) complete with in all leads and lifts as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering , strutting and propping etc with batten & ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs and removal of the same for in-situ-reinforced concrete and plain concrete in:

Vertical surface such as wall (any thickness) partition and the like i/c attached pillasters, butresses plinth and string course including all leads and lifts. as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Flat surfaces such as soffits of sunspended floor, roofs landings and the like floors etc upto 200mm thickness.

Boulder filling tightly hand packed in foothpath complete in all respect within all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1:cement :3 sand:6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in:-Foundation and plinth i/c carriage of material within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per the dircetion and satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
