Brick work with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth including curing in Cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand) incl making cornice at the top of piller

12mm Cement plaster of mix: 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand) with cost of scafolding etc

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All works upto plinth level 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete at all levels, Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more,

Providing and laying 12mm anti skid floor tiles 400x400 mm of 20mm thick mortoar with tile load capacity 20 tonnes of approved brand/ quality with design work. Design and pattern to be approved by the site Engineer.
