OD57118/2022-2023:Supply and Installing 20 W LED Tube light.

OD58669/2022-2023:Replacing the damaged bearing, supply and fixing new industrial type ball bearing 6319 2Z C3, SKF / FAG or equivalent, suitable for 150 HP motor / pump set as per the direction of Departmental staff at site.

OD58670/2022-2023:Dismantling the damaged power contactor and Supply, fixing and testing of following capacity 3 pole power contactor, AC 3 rating at 415 V, with AC Coil, Auxiliary contacts, 2 NO/2NC, L&T MNX 185 or equivalent suitable for 120 HP motor's fully automatic star delta starter

90.3.18.1:Supply, fabrication, conveyance and fixing the following sizes of B class GI pipe bent to shape / cut and welded to shape and fixing the same to wall / parapet using clamps as noted along with each size, painting with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chromate primer, making good the damages, colour washing etc as required.25 mm dia with HG company fabricated clamps

90.15.4.1:Supply Conveyance, installation, testing and commissioning of 20W LED street light output greater than 105lumen/W 4000-6000 K with IP 66 protection LED Chip make Cree/Lumilled/Nichea with power factor greater than 0.95 at full load, internal surge protection up to 8 KV,and Aluminium pressure die-cast Powder coated housing,acrylic cover complete with THD Less than10%, power factor greater than 0.98, RoHS compliant, duly wired up for use on 230 V AC supply. Driver compartment should be seperatly accessible for maintenance (LM 79&80 certificates from NABL accredited Third party lab to be produced mentioning chip manufacturer)

2.13.1:Supplying and fixing following rating, four pole, 415 volts, isolator in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.40 amps

OD65739/2022-2023: Dismantling the 120 HP motor pump set from the base plate, after dismantling the suction & delivery pipes, and removing the old broken foundation bolts from position after demolishing the surrounding layer of the concrete foundation up to 30 cm , providing new foundation bolt / extend from original bolt, and strengthening the base plate, filling the basement with concrete and refitting the motor pump set in correct alignment and fitting suction & delivery pipes and taking trial run at full load

OD57101/2022-2023: Lifting the 5 HP motor after disconnecting the wire connection, decoupling the pump, detaching from the base plate, starters, TP switches etc. using chain block, rope, chain etc. and placing them conveniently on the platform.

OD58673/2022-2023: Lifting the 120 HP motor after disconnecting the wire connection, decoupling the pump, detaching from the base plate, starters, TP switches etc. using chain block, rope, chain etc. and placing them conveniently on the platform.

OD58674/2022-2023: Lifting the 150 HP motor after disconnecting the wire connection, decoupling the pump, detaching from the base plate, starters, TP switches etc. using chain block, rope, chain etc. and placing them conveniently on the platform.
