Supply and fixing of metal bellow expansion joints at an interval of 200 meter in the 150 mm GI pipeline as specified in clause 4.2.9 of technical specification and other conditions of contract.

Supply of GI socket class B - 150 mm as specified in clause 4.2.10 of technical specification and other conditions of contract.

Supply of GI/Fabricated spacers like tee, enlarger, reducer, spool including nut & bolts and packings as specified in clause 4.2.13 of technical specification and other conditions of contract.

Supply and fixing of GI bends - 90 degree - 150 mm as specified in clause 4.2.11 of technical specification and other conditions of contract.

Supply and fixing of GI flanges - 150 mm as specified in clause 4.2.12 of technical specification and other conditions of contract.

Making 25 mm hole in GI hydrant pipeline in every two meter and fixing the GI adaptor by means of welding. Above/

Supply and fixing of GI nipple of 25 mm jet nipple 100 mm long "B" class with one end BSP threading and one end jet threading. Above/

Supply of 25mm dia 1.5 meter long 'B' class MS/ Gl pipe with bending to required 'J/S/U' shape and fixing with suitable sized end fittings and all clamps and supports, all as directed by E-in-C .

Supply and fixing of Thermo Plastic (TP) Hose (Textile Reinforced) for water, ISI 16 marked -IS-12585/88 or latest, Type-2 with ID 31.5 +/- 0.5mm and OD 40 +0 /-1mm working pressure 10Kg/Cm2, hose segments as required to be clamped with SS worm clips at every drop points.

Supply & fixing of suitable air release valve in 150mm main hydrant pipeline

Painting of main hydrant pipeline including all fittings and fixtures in running meter with two coats of anti-corrosive primer followed by two coats of synthetic enamel paint of colour as per IS 2379-1990 or latest

Transportation of Class-II/III rails from anywhere in TVC division to the exact site of work including contractor's labour and all lead and lift.

Cutting rails to size

Supply & fixing of MS plate 250x150x8mm over existing rail along with clamp 2 nos. and nut and bolts duly making holes on plate both sides Above/

Digging of pits 450mmx450mmx600mm(D) x600nos. Above/

Fixing the rail pole in the pits with concrete - M20 grade.

Earth work in excavation as per approved drawings and dumping at embankment 6 site or spoil heap, within railway land, including 50m lead and 1.5m lift, the lead to be measured from the centre of gravity of excavation to centre of gravity of spoil heap: the lift to be measured from natural ground level and paid for in layers of 1.5m each, including incidental work, as per specifications - All kinds of soils. 12 mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix -1:3 (1 cement and 3 sand) Above/

Dismantling/Demolishing of concrete in platform - 1:2:4 or richer mix with max. 20 mm coarse aggregate.

Providing push-on-joints to Centrifugally (Spun) Cast Iron Pipes or Ductile Iron Pipes including testing of joints and including the cost of rubber gasket -300mm Dia.
