SUPPLY & FABRICATION OF MINI FIRE

The Mini Fire Tender (UHP) shall be a compact,

rapid-response firefighting vehicle designed for

efficient emergency operations in industrial and

urban environments.

It shall be built on a BS-VI compliant 9-ton GVW

chassis with minimum 100 HP engine, ensuring

maneuverability, reliability, and operational

efficiency in constrained spaces.

The vehicle shall be equipped with a 2500 L SS-

304 water tank and 300 L foam tank, designed

with anti-surge baffles, level indicators, and

robust mounting for safe operation.

A high-pressure firefighting system (150–160

LPM @ 100 bar) with PTO-driven pump, hose

reels, fog guns, and multi-mode foam system shall

be provided for versatile firefighting capability.

The unit shall feature a corrosion-resistant

superstructure, ergonomic crew cabin, advanced

control panel, lighting systems, and integrated

safety features to ensure dependable

performance under demanding conditions.

The complete vehicle shall be tested as per

TQC/PQC standards to ensure operational

readiness, durability, and compliance before
