Supply of high mast mounted type LED Flood light fitting with minimum output of 22800 lumens and wattage not more than 240 W, for 230V Single Phase AC supply, 50Hz, PF>0.95, Life of fitting not less than 50000 hrs complete as required. Luminaire should have pressure die cast Alminium/standard alloy housing, dedicated street light secondary optics for better uniformity & spacing with surge protection system. Luminaire should have proper thermal management. Min IP protection should be IP65. The fixtures should comply with the specification available in respective Indian Standard Code for BIS. The fitting should have manufacturers trade mark/name engraved /embrossing on die cast housing of fitting with minimum 5 years warranty for complete luminaire including Driver & control gear etc comlpete as required. (Note : Beam angle 50D / 25D)

Installation, testing and commissioning of LED flood light/ High-Mast LED luminaries/LED obstruction light for high mast, directly on the existing mast carriage with all accessories such as 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated, stranded, copper conductor, single core wire for phase, neutral & earthing, extra GI pipe/coupler/Nipple of suitable length and dia if required as per the site requirement for connecting the fitting and existing carriage arm of the mast by dismantling the existing installed fittings on existing flood light mast/ High-Mast light etc and taking dismantled fittings to the electrical stores within the lead of 150mtrs.Job also includes replacement of the existing defective trailing cable of size 8 coreX2.5 sq mm with 10 coreX2.5 sq mm,replacement of existing defective steel rope of size 6 mm of SS Grade 316/304 ( 7/19 WSC) construction with ss Thimbles & terminals and replacement of the existing defective multipin (10 pin) male female connector with a new one,complete all as required. NOTE:- 1.The cost of lowering down & raising up the lantern carriage of high mast for fixture replacement is in the bidders scope and included in this item. 2.The cost of providing necessary counter balance weight required for balancing the existing circular lantern carriage is in the bidders scope and included in this item.

Supply of integral Flood Light Luminaire with minimum output of 7800 lumens and wattage not more than 80 W, for 230V Single Phase AC supply, 50Hz, PF>0.95, Life of fitting not less than 50000 hrs complete as required. Luminaire should have pressure die cast Alminium/standard alloy housing, dedicated street light secondary optics for better uniformity & spacing with surge protection system. Luminaire should have proper thermal management. Min IP protection should be IP65. The fixtures should comply with the specification available in respective Indian Standard Code for BIS. The fitting should have manufacturers trade mark/name engraved /embrossing on die cast housing of fitting with minimum 5 years warranty for complete luminaire including Driver & control gear etc comlpete as required.

Supply, Installation Testing & Commissioning of dust & jet water proof, corrosion insulated Pole looping box of size 260mm x 210 mm x 116mm deep made of Thermoplastic Polycarbonete having 3 groomets, 2 glands and all accessories i/c provideing & fixing stud type nut driven 16A, 8way connector, seperator of suitable size to accommodate incoming and outgoing cables and fixing on existing street light pole with suitable clamps, providing 1 No “C” series SPN MCB of suitable rating in the box suitable for termination of 2 Nos 4 X 10 sq. mm MV cable, etc. complete as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 kV grade as required. (a) 4 x 10 Sqmm cable.
