Design, Supply, Instalaltion, testing and commissioning of Variable Refrigerant Flow /(VRF)/ VRV air cooled outdoor unit suitable for cooling only mode, with the latest technology/ version with All-Inverter driven scroll/ rotary compressor, complete with indoor and outdoor units, individual remote controller interconnected refrigerant piping with insulation, Y joints, Refrigerant to be used shall be - R 410 A only. The unit shall be suitable to work on 400V +/- 20%, 3 Phase, 50 Hz AC power supply complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : (i) Rate of Necessary T&P/ ladder/ Scaffolding/ Staging required at site for fixing of Indoor/outdoor unit with connected item included in quoted rate. (ii) The work shall be executed through OEM only. AMC of unit (outdoor/indoor) for a period of 3 year shall also be carried out by the OEM. Contractor shall upload the MOU with the OEM at the time of quoting of tender otherwise bid shall not be opened. (iii) Makes : Carrier/Daikin/Mitsubishi/O General/ Voltas/Blue Star

Design, Supplying, Installation, testing and fixing of interconnecting refrigerant piping work with hard drawn / soft drawn Cu. pipe of following outer diameter, insulated with 19/13 mm thick closed cell elastometric nitrile rubber/XLPE tubular insulation (between Each set of indoor & outdoor units) of suitable density, class ‘O’ insulation complete including repairing of damage to building etc. as per specifications and as required complete in all respect. All piping above the false ceiling/building shall be properly suitable size of cable tray/ fixed supported rods (scope included) etc as required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply & fixing of 2 core x 1.5 sqmm copper, Shielded control cum communication cable medium class (electrical grade) PVC conduit with all PVC acessories like bend, elbow, Tee, Junction, coupler etc on surface/recess i'e cutting / drilling the wall whereever required and making good the same etc as required for IDU/ODU/ network and remote control unit complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply & fixing of 3 core x 1.5 sqmm copper, Shielded control cum communication cable medium class ( electrical grade) PVC conduit with all PVC acessories like bend,elbow,Tee,Junction,coupler etc on surface/recess i'e cutting / drilling the wall whereever required and making good the same etc as required for IDU/ODU/ network and remote control unit complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, Fabrication and installation of MS Stand for ODU Unit complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply /laid/ fixing/ connecting and testing in replacement of the following LT under ground XLPE insulated ,armoured heavy duty electric power cable with aluminium conductor , 1100 volts grade (earthed) cross section area 95 Sqmm x 3.5 core.

S&F (Under cable duct/wall) of XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 35 sq mm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing sheet metal enclosure for MCB, DBs, phosphatised, Powder coated , Tripple pole and neutral (TPN) 415 Volt , double door, suitable for 4 way with dim rail earth and neutral bar all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in proper position MCB TPN 63 AMP capacity , 415 Volts with 10 kA breaking capacity all as specified and as directed.

S&F MCB Single pole 240 Volt 6 to 32 Amp capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of Single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with double pole MCB of 20 amps all as directed and specified

M & L for sub main wiring with 2 run of FRLSH PVC insulated & unsheathed multistranded copper conductor of nominal cross sectional area 4.0 sqmm alongwith one run of FRLSH PVC insulated & unsheathed multistranded copper conductor of nominal cross sectional area 4.0 sqmm as earth continuity conductor drawn through PVC Conduit/casing caping complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge Note: 2 run of main wire and one run of earth wire alongwith PVC conduit/casing caping shall be consider as one RM for payment.

Excavation in trenches, in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5 Mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 Mtr in depth , laying of cable or pipes (where provided for protection of cable) etc and getting out trimming the sides, forming bottom surfaces to required level complete all as specified and all as directed.

Supply/ laid/ fixing of galvanised steel water tube, light grade bore of dia 40 mm with all fittings all as site and directed.

M & L for sand cushioning with a layer of sand 80 mm thick before laying of cable and 150 mm thick after laying of cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed. Note: Sand cushioning of shall be measure and paid after puning

Supply and laying of well burnt bricks, sub class 'B' laid flat in trenches for protection of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Returning and filling including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 Cm thick all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Mtr above the starting point complete all as specified.
