Excavation in trenches n. exc 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth; for for foundations etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, etc. not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge .

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removal of excavated surplus spoil to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge .

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) not other wise specifically provided for and clearing off the premises.complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level.complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge .

M&L for cement concrete type D-2 1:4:8 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in filling foundations and mass concrete complete all as specified.

S&F TMT mild steel deformed or twisted bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified.

All as per item No 7 above but 6 to 8mm dia as in stirrups spacers and binders

M&L for form work to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of colunns, raft and raft beams sides and soffits of foundation and plinth beams,and similar work , vertical or batter, rough finished surface of concrete complete as specified.

M&L for form work to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs and similar works for rough finished surface of concrete complete as specified.

M&L for form work to sides of columns, posts, pillars etc circular in shape for fair finished surface of concrete complete as specified.

M&L for RCC type B1 1:1.5 :3 (20mm graded aggregate)as in Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, underremaed pliles and mass concrete .complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge .

M&L for RCC 1:1.5 :3 type A-1 using 20mm graded aggregate as columns pillars, piers posts and struts complete all as specified.complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge .

Reinforced cements concrete 1:1.5 :3 type A-1 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) in RCC band.complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge .

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in ciping water trought and and like including weathring, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed including form work complete all as spedified.

Material and labour for fly ash/concrete brick old size straight or curved on plan exe 6m mean radius built in built in cement mortar (1:6) all as specified and dirceted.

M&L for rending 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on brick or concrete surface to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for Newly plastered surfaces of external wall and applying two coats of apex /weather coat paints over two coats of approved Paints damp shield or equivalent over a coat of primer etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F louvers /Precast RCC Jalli, 35mm thick (measured solid) including all moulding in PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5 graded aggregate) set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channels, drains complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls, with water proofing compound finished even and smooth ( without using extra cement) complete all as specified

M&L pre cast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates for cover slab of manhole/soak pit etc set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and laying of RCC class NP-2 pipes of dia 450 mm jointed & laid complete with collar with proper slope ,tested as specified and instructions of Engineer-In-Charge

M&F for Reinforced cement concrete type B-1 (1:2:4) using 20mm graded stone aggregate slabs supported on walls beams and columns in floors roofs, landings, etc complete all as specified and ditected

M&L for Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as cooking slab and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) all as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in floor all as specified and directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles of size 300x300x22 to 25 mm thick with gray cement and pigmment, set and jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors laid over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 all as specified and directed

M & L for 150 mm thick (laid in two layers of 75 mm each compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size) sand stone Flint or quartaite, spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required all as directed.

M&L for preparing unsurfaced water bound macadam surfaces of road by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat @ 10 kg/10 Sqm (paving bitumen grade VG-30) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing existing black top surfaces of road by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat (paving bitumen grade VG-30) @ 5 kg/ 10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Premix bituminous, macadam using paving bitumen grade VG-30 any penetration content @ 4% by weight of total mix laid /rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with 8-10 tonne power roller and rolled to a uniform smooth surface (any consolidated thickness) including preparing existing black top surfaces of road by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat (paving bitumen grade VG-30) @ 5 kg/ 10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Bituminous premix semi-dense asphaltic concrete (SDAC) 40 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content of which (Paving bitument VG 30 @ 92 % and 8 % waste plastic) by wieght of total mix providing and laying with mechanical paver and compacted with 8 to 10 tonne capacity power roller to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed. Note: (I) Rate deemed to be included for making good of any undulation/damages in wearing surfaces, where semi dense asphaltic concrete to be laid. Note:- (II) The contractor's quated rates shall also be deemed to include the following elements. (a) Proportioning of mix shall be decided based on Job Mix Formula. (b) The binder content shall be worked out and adjustment in the rates shall be made if the binder content in design mix of SDAC is less than 5.5 % as mentioned above, Rate of recovery of bitumen shall be 50/-per each Kg for the purpose of adjustment. However, no adjustment shall be made if the binder content is more than 5.5 % as given above.

M&L for 1.5mm thick painting to road surfaces as in lines, dashes, arrows, letters, zebra crossing etc on roads, pavements and like with thermoplastic road marking paint @ 5 Kg/Sqm and applying glass beads @ 300 gms/Sqm over painted surfaces while the painting surfaces are hot by mechanical means including cleaning surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
