Outsourcing services for manning, operation, maintainance and documentation of complaint cell/Main receiving station at Mil Stn Suranussi with one electrician and assistant helper to attend HT/LT fault and no light complaints of appropriate category of industrial person to attend complaints as per direction given time to time by Engineer in Charge (in two shifts each shift comprises of 08 hours 1st shift 0900hours to 0500hours & IInd shift from 2200hours to 0600hours) including sunday/holiday also including to work as per daily orders given and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Note For Serial Item No. 1.00 of BOQ :- (i) Minimum qualification/experiences for operator shall be ITI pass in appropriate or 04 years experience in same field and for helper minimum 2 years experiance in same field. Contractor shall submit necessary documents for the same before commencement of work for each manpower employed by him to Engineer-in-charge. (ii) Contractor shall submit names of Electrician and helpers to be deployed at the work alongwith qualification and experience certificate to the Engineer-in- Charge for verification. (iii) Subsequently action for police verification of antecedents of persons to be deployed shall be taken by the contractor and contractor shall submit the same to the Engineer-in-Charge within 7 days from the date of commencement of work. (iv) Obtaining security passes and police verification will be responsibility of contractor for manpower employed by him.

(v) Contractor shall provide all tools and safety equipemtns required for day to day works without any extra cost. (vi) Weekly off will be given to all manpower employed by contractor as per exisiting state/central Govt rules. Provision of reliver for each manpower employed by contractor shall deemed to include in unit rate quoted. (vii) Cleaning of MRS/Sub Station and surrounding area will be responsibilites of manpower employed by contractor and rate quoted for items shall deemed to include this provision. (viii) Necessary logbook/ logsheet and attendance register will be maintained by Contractor, JE E/M and Engineer-in-charge.

(ix) In case contractor fails to deploy appropriate staff for any shift, penalty @ Rs 1000/- shift shall be recovered from the contractor. (xi) Necessary logbook/logsheet ,duty roaster,attendace register will be maintained by manpower employed by contractor as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Outsourcing services for manning, operation, maintainance and documentation of water supply installations at Barrier Gate Pump House at 23 FAD Suranussi with one operator of appropriate category of industrial person to operate Submersible Pump Set / Turbine Pump Set / Centrifugal Pump Set / Chlorine Plant / Bleaching Dozer / DG Set / Water supply distribution sluice valves as per direction given time to time by Engineer in Charge and Pump Panel installed in Pump House round the clock (in three shifts, each shift comprises of 08 hours) including sunday/holiday also including to work as per daily orders given and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Outsourcing services for manning, operation, maintainance and documentation of water supply installations at Parimeter Pump House at 23 FAD Suranussi with one operator of appropriate category of industrial person to operate Submersible Pump Set / Turbine Pump Set / Centrifugal Pump Set / Chlorine Plant / Bleaching Dozer / DG Set / Water supply distribution sluice valves as per direction given time to time by Engineer in Charge and Pump Panel installed in Pump House round the clock (in three shifts, each shift comprises of 08 hours) including sunday/holiday also including to work as per daily orders given and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Supply only calcium hypochlorite calcium based granular suitable for drinking water treatment; 65% chlorine content, first quality in 45 Kg plastic drum packing, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : Shree Rayalaseema Hi-strength Hpyo Ltd (Brand Name Aquafit) or equivalent make approved by Engineer-in-Chief's Branch. Note : (i) Calcium hypo chorite shall be ordered by the Engineer-in-Charge on requirement bases i.e fortnightly or monthly, but not in one go. (ii) Test Certificate of Manufacturer shall be provided by the contractor on procurement of material alongwith purchase vouchers. (iii) Before putting the claim for payment, contractor shall produce purchase voucher of original manufacturer or authorises dealer and test certificates. Department will take on charge the disinfectant and attach receipt voucher with the RAR/Final Bill. The same disinfectant shall be issued to the contractor on requirement basis, without any extra cost to the Department and issue voucher shall be kept on record for payment purpose.

Note For Serial Item No. 2.00 to 8.00 of BOQ :- (i) Minimum qualification/experiences for operator shall be ITI pass in appropriatefield and for helper minimum 2 years experiance in same field. (vii) Two or more installations have been clubbed under one item keeping in view the vicinity/ nearness and within precinct. Unit rates qouted by the Contractor shall be deemed to include this aspect also. (viii) Cleaning of MRS/Sub Station and surrounding area shall be responsibilites of manpower employed by contractor and rate quoted for items shall deemed to include this provision. (ix) Necessary logbook/logsheet and attendence register will be maintained by Contractor, JE E/M and Engineer-in-charge.

(x) In case contractor fails to deploy appropriate staff for any shift, penalty @ Rs 1000/- per shift shall be recovered from the contractor. (xi) Necessary logbook/logsheet ,duty roaster,attendace register shall be maintained by manpower employed by contractor as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (x) FOL for DG Set shall be issued under Sch 'B' free filling. (xiii)Sodium Hypo choloride / Chlorine gas/ Bleaching powder shall be issued under sch "B"
