Taking down geysers of any type and capacity due to rusting of bolts/seepage of wall, S&F heavy duty pin type fastener 4 inch long and making necessary inlet/outlet and electric water supply connections from existing source of geyser complete all as specified and as directed

Inspection, checking adjustments and minor repairs of storage water heater 25/35/50Itr capacity of any type any make vertical/ horizontal type which includes the following:- (a) Inspection, taking out of drain plug & dewatering and re-fixing the same complete all as directed. (b) Checking water tightness of storage tank. (c) Checking stop cocks with outlet/inlet pipe of geysers, pressure reducing valves etc to ensure free movement of water and easy functioning of parts. (d) Inspecting over flow vent pipe connections to ensure water-tightness and proper flow. (e) Checking and correct earth continuity of electrical items. Checking functioning of heating element and correct setting adjustment of thermostat up to 55° C. (f) Adjustment of reducing valves, checking of dead weight type high pressure release valve. (g) The cost of spare parts required for repair & maintenance of geysers covered under this item shall be measured and paid separately under the relevant item as supply only. Make of geysers covered under the scope of work:- Sidhson, Bajaj, Racold, Crompton, orison, Ditz Premier, Peeco, Empire, Shakti, Sahas & Konark. Note:- Irrespective of the Number of complaints, work against this item of BOQ shall be completed within 03 days after handing over the Complaint slip failing which recovery @ Rs 200.00/per geyser per day for delay shall be effected from the contractor payment.

Supply only base assembly, compatible to existing geyser, with inlet and thermostat pipe with drain plug inclusive of clamps for holding the element with nuts, bolts and gasket complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only stainless-steel inner tank of minimum 20 gauge sheet rated pressure not less than 7 kg/sq.cm suitable for 25 Itrs capacity geysers (wt not less than 3.75 kg) as per sample complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only of stainless-steel inner tank of minimum 20 gauge sheet rated pressure not less than 7 Kg/sq.cm suitable for 50 Itrs capacity geysers (wt not less than 5.25 kg) as per sample complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs bib taps, cast copper alloy, with crutch or butterfly handle chromium plated, fancy type, screwed down, screwed for 15mm bore iron pipe, IS marked, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling carefully solar storage water heating system of any capacity, any type for following works with testing and re-fixing the same in original position making all water/ electric connection to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge after repair as under:- (a) Inspection, opening, of all parts, descaling, washing of inner tank with chemical solution and cleaning of outer cover storage tank. (b) Checking water tightness of storage tank after cleaning. (c) Checking and correcting earth continuity of electrical items. (d) Adjustment of reducing valves, checking of dead weight type high pressure release valve and visual check of fusible plug for its intactness. Note: Supply and fixing of Spare parts. wiring etc shall be measured & paid separately.

Taking down old unserviceable electric water geyser, S&F new electric water storage Heater (vertical type Geysers) 50 Ltrs BEE RATING 5 STAR, 230 volts AC single phase with and including grouting with high tensile rag bolt, nut & washer etc as directed as per site requirement and making necessary inlet /outlet water connection for Geysers. Geysers to have glass lines tank, fero glass coated container, PUF insulation, glass coated heating element, 8 BAR rated pressure, thermostat cut off etc.complete all as specified and as directed. Make:- Bajaj (Model No-Caldia)/ Crompton (SWH Arno Neo ASHW-2125)/ Havells (Puro project Model PURO PPT) and equivalent make as approved by GE. Note:- Old unserviceable electric water heater to be deposited in MES store yard.

Make : Bajaj (Caldia)/ Crompton (SWH Arno Neo ASHW-2125)/ Havells ( Puro project Model PURO PPT) or equivalent make as approved by GE. Note:- Old unserviceable electric water heater to be deposited in MES store yard.
