REPAIR TO FLOORING, WALL TILING AND CONNECTED ITEMS AT NAVAL PARK, AMZARI PARK AREA UNDER AGE B/R-I OF GE (NB) VISAKHAPATNAM

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and disposal of debris and rubbish to outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar and removing rubbish upto a distance outside MD land complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness, (Below or above Ground level) and disposal of debris and rubbish to a distance upto outside MD land complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water and removing rubbish to outside MD land complete all as specified and directed

M & L for 25 mm thick, plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub-base of flooring, etc and finished the surface even and rough complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for glazed, coloured, ceramic, tiles of size (350mm x 250 mm/450mm x 350mm/300mmx450mm) x 6 to 7 mm thick, on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados etc, including 10 mm thick bedding in cement mortor 1:4 and set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Glazed, ceramic, coloured tiles of size 300mm x 200mm x 6-7mm thick, on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados etc, including 10 mm thick bedding in cement mortor 1:4 and set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for non-skid, ceramic, coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.06 sqm but n.exc 0.11 sqm, in floors etc, including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortor 1:6 and set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for non-skid, ceramic, coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.11 sqm but n.exc 0.18 sqm, in floors etc, including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortor 1:6 and set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Vitrified, designed, light shade coloured (light shade), tiles, 7 to 8 mm thick, (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exc 0.36 sqm, in floors, etc including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortor 1:6 and set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 18 to 20mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortor 1:6 & cutting, polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20 to 25 mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing, polishing over and including 15 mm thick, screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Machine cut kota stone slab, 20 to 25 mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing, polishing over and including 10 mm thick, screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 as in vertical surfaces as skirting/dado etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick, plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection etc, finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement including making joints with bitumastic filing in proportion of bitumen and sand 1:2 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 40 mm thick, plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in floors laid in alternate bays and finishing the surfaces even & smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 3 mm thick, 38mm wide glass dividing strips and inserted in position to conform to design complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 and finished the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new platered surface of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer including applying one or more coat of wall care putty to a smooth surface including making good any undulations on the surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Painting work shall be carried out acoording to Smart Painting procedure mentioned in PS

Taking down, Resecuring or easing & adjusting and refixing in the same opeing shutter of any description exc 1 Sqm but n. exc 2 Sqm each including refixing builder's hardware as required and replacement of screws etc complete all as specified and directed.
