Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 1 as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 404.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 2 as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 405.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 405.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of80 to 100kN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400.11 & 400.12 and MORTH Technical Specification Clause 406. (By Mechanical Means)

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per MORTH Technical Specification Clause 502

Tack coat using VG-10 grade bitumen @ 0.40 kg/sqm, over granular surfaces treated with primer.

Providing and laying bituminous macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of grading as per Table 500.4 premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site upto desired location laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction as per Technical Specification Clause 504. (Bitumen VG-10 @ 3.3% of the weight of mix has been used for analysis purpose having density @ 2.19 gm/cc as per anlysis/Job mix formula. The choice of bitumen will depend upon the prevailing site conditions and shall be in accordance with Clause 504 of MORT&H.

Providing and laying Semi Dense Bituminous Concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.00% of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction having density @ 2.29 gm/cc as per anlysis/Job mix formula and MoRTH specification clause No. 508 complete in all respects (Grading II - 10mm using VG - 30 bitumen)

Brick on edge pavement with straight overburnt bricks laid on edge including preparation of subgrade to prescribed camber and including supply of bricks, filling joints with local sand and spreading blinding coat 1cm(3/8")depth of local sand over the entire surface and including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing concrete for plain concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and MORD technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 P.C.C. grade M 20 Nominal mix (1:2:4) .
