M & L for installation, commissioning and testing of chemical earthing system to achive the earth value below 1 Ohm comprising of the following components including necessary excavation/drilling for cylindrical tubes of 6" dia and depth 6 mts deep in the ground using Rig machine and providing masonry enclosure with heavy duty plastic cover having locking arrangment including testing commissioning consist of the following, complete all as specified and as directed.

Copper bonded earth tube of size 25 mm dia 6 mtr in length having high quality and conductivity, prolonged service life with end terminals.

Advaced chemical earth compound as per IS:3043 standard highly conductive electrafill. Make: Excell Earthing or Equivalent.

M & L for earthing of machineries/equipments installed at power house/sub station complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 600x600x6.0mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less that 1.5 meters below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron strip 25 X 4 mm as earthing by means of bolts nuts and washers of galvanized iron including necessary excavation and earth work and disposal of surplus soil including 40 mm GI tubing light grade and necessary fittings for protection of GI strip including laying of charcoal , dust and common salt and provision of PCC 1:2: 4 type B 1 using 20 mm graded aggregate with earth pit with 40 X 40 X 6.0 mm MS angle iron frame RCC cover 40 mm thick (1:2: 4) type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 8 mm dia round bar @ 75 mm C/C both way with plastering 15 mm thick CM ( 1: 6) internally and up to 150 mm below ground level externally . PGI funel with wire mesh ,20 mm dia medium grade GI pipe for watering complete all as shown on electrical plate No : 03 of SSR part - I 2009 and connected to earth test point including testing completed all specified and directed.

M & L for copper strip of size 25 x 6 mm for copper Earthing continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall or batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to or any other indicated situation etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for galvanised iron strip of size 25 x 4 mm for earthing continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall or batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to or any other indicated situation etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for removing and replacement of procelene busbar supporter (Approx 200 Nos) with new as of same size, including removing and replacement of deterioted SS Screws (Approx 400 Nos , 1½ inch or 2 inches) SS bolts, nuts and washers (Approx 250 Nos) etc in the existing copper strip of size 25 x 3 mm upto the end connected to equipment all as specified.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 Mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 Mtr in depth and getting out in soft / loose soil for Repairs/ laying cables etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge. (NO JCB Excavation is permitted for earth work).

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Removal of excavated material [soil] to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

M & L for quarry 'M' sand for cushioning for cable protection in trenches 8 cm before laying cable and 15 cm deep over the cable complete ( Note: Punned thickness shall be taken for measurement)

Supply and laying G I pipe 40 mm light grade in trenches / fixed on poles for protection of earth strips all as directed.

M & L for laying Bricks, common burnt clay building sub-class 'B' old size bricks for protection of cable in trenches complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 10 sq mm 4 core complete.

M&L earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode of size 60 cm x 60 cm x 6.3 mm thick buried directly in ground (Earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to glavanised earth wire 4 mm diameter by means of Bolts, Nuts, check nuts and washers including earthing pit in PCC ( 1:3:6) type C-1 RCC pre-cast (1:2:4 type B-1) cover slab of 100 mm thick using 8.00mm dia TMT bars @ 100mm centre to centre as reinforcement, 20 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering pipe , wire mesh, funnel and providing charcoal or coke and salt in alternative layers of 15 cm and 15 mm dia light grade GI pipe for protection of earth wire from earth plate to MCB DB including necessary earth work in soft/loose soil, returning, refilling and removing of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr testing complete all as shown in electrical plate No-3 as specified and directed.

Supply,install,test and commissioning of out door type LT panel board made out of 2.0 mm thick CRCA sheet out door type , CPRI approved ,totally enclosed weather dust and vermin proof as per IS with front and rear opening suitable locking arrangement having aluminium bus bar of 100 Amp capacity for RYB and Neutral and insulated with insulators, including connecting incoming and outgoing cables necessary PCC 1:3:6 in foundation and made out of 35 X 35 X 5 mm angle iron, dully painted grouted at ground above 20/30 cm from ground level , comprising the following all as specified and as directed by the engineer - in-charge. Note: Cost includes necessary internal wiring , connection from Bus to MCB etc.

M&L for precast reinforced concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for cover slab set in and pointed in CM 1:6 including necessary formwork

S&F TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia and over cut to length bend to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire(annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified.
