15.14.2:Dismantling wood work in frames, trusses, purlins and rafters up to 10 metres span and 5 metres height including stacking the material within 50 metres lead:Of sectional area below 40 square centimeters

15.31:Dismantling tiled roofing with battens, boarding etc. complete including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead.

50.6.1.5:Solid block masonry using pre cast solid blocks ( Factory made) of size 30x20x20cm or nearest available size confirming to IS 2185 Part I of 1979 for super structure up to floor two level thickness 20cm and above in: CM 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand) etc complete

13.43.1:Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface:Water thinnable cement primer

OD471736/2025-2026:Providing and fixing Poly Urethane Form (with density of 35kg/cum , minimum thermal conductivity of 0.022W/mK) sandwich panel of 50mm overall thickness , sand witched between corrugated rigid galvanized iron sheet of thickness 0.4mm at top and plain galvanized iron sheet of thickness 0.4mm bottom ,over the existing steel truss with suitable fastenings and factory made paint coated the interior and exterior surface with suitable colour paint as specified by the engineer in charge including its transporting ,cutting to suitable size ,and fixing i position with all cost ,conveyance ,scaffolding and labour charges etc complete

15.13.1:Taking out doors, windows and clerestory window shutters (steel or wood ) including stacking within 50 metres lead:Of area 3 sq. metres and below

50.12.2.2:Providing & fixing Poly carbonate multi wall plain sheet 4 mm thick as approved by the Engineer in charge and should be supplied in a single length of 12 M or as decide by the Engineer in charge. The sheets shall be fixed using self drilling/ self tapping screw of size (5.5x55mm) with EPDM seal complete upto any pitch in horizontal / vertical / curved surfaces, but excluding the cost of purlins, rafters, trusses and including cutting to size and shapes where ever required.

50.9.3.3:Providing and fixing paneled or paneled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows, 30 mm thick shutters including ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws, excluding paneling which will be paid for separately, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in -charge. using vengai wood

13.61.1:Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade:Two or more coats on new work

OD471857/2025-2026:Providing and fixing 15 cm wide semi circular PVC gutter (4 kg f/Sq cm ) with iron brackets 40x3 mm size , necessary special such as bends , tees , bolts , nuts and washers etc., including making necessary connections with rain water pipes complete.

OD471858/2025-2026:Providing and laying 60 mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M - 30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of stone aggregate, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

4.1.3:Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level:1:2:4 (cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III)derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

OD473687/2025-2026:Providing and fixing factory made PVC door including shutter and frame.

50.12.4.1:Providing and fixing false ceiling with 7.5 mm thick PVC plain panel board ceiling of approved quality in aluminium frame work with necessary screws etc complete (aluminium frame work shall be paid separately)

21.5:Providing and fixing powder coated aluminium work ( minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) consisting of tee /angle sections, of approved make conforming to IS : 733 in frames of false ceiling including aluminium angle cleats with necessary C.P brass/ stainless steel sunk screws, aluminium perimeter angles fixed to wall with stainless steel rawl plugs @ 450 mm centre to centre and fixing the frame work to G.I level adjusting hangers 6 mm dia. with necessary cadmium plated machine screws all complete as per approved architectural drawings and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge ( level adjusting hangers, ceiling cleats and expansion hold fasteners to be paid for separately ).
