Diversion of 11KV Overhead line along the dense forest area from Kuju New Siding to Pit Office of Topa OCP along with substation related work near Samudaik Bhawan of TOPA OCP under Kuju Area

A) Erection of 11KV Overhead line

Errection of steel tubular or rail pole strut in cement concrete 1:3:6 foundation including excavation and refilling and secured with holding clamps, bolts, nuts etc as req. Above 10.0 metre and upto 12.0 metre

Supplying & erection of stay set complete (galvanized) with 19/20 mm dia x 1.8 Mtr long stay rod anchor plate of size 45cm x 45cm x 7.5 mm thimble stay clamp turn buckle (20mm x 60cm) 7/4.00 mm dia G.I. wire and strain Insulator etc in cement concrete (1cement: 3coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) foundation including excavation & refilling etc. as required.

Supplying and erection of 11 KV pin insulator complete with large steel head G.I. pin, nuts, washers etc. as required.

Supplying and erection of 11 KV disc insulator for 11 KV over head lines with galvanised insulator fittings, ball and socket type and complete with galvanised strain clamps, bolts, nuts, washers etc. as required.

Supplying and erection of 100 mm X 110 mm shackle insulator with G. I. Bolt, nuts and straps etc. as required .

Supplying of channel iron 75 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm (7.14 kg per metre) pole top bracket/ cross arm for single 11 KV over head line conductor complete with 50 mm X 6mm flat iron clamp, bolts, nuts and washers including drilling holes for insulator pins, bolts and nuts etc and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Supplying of channel iron 75 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm (7.14 kg per metre) cross arm for two 11 KV over head line conductors complete with 50 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm (angle iron bracket welded to the channel iron and complete with 50 mm X 6mm M.S. flat iron clamps, bolts and nuts including drilling holes for insulator pins, bolts, nuts and washers etc (as per drawing) and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Supply of two lengths of channel iron 75mm x 40mm x 7.5Kg/mtr double pole cross arm for 3 wire OH Line conductors complete with though bolts & nuts for clamping to the poles 50mm x 6mm M.S. flats welded on one side the channel iron and with bolts & nuts on the otherside for lying cross arm together including drillin holes for insulators pins/fittings, bolts & nuts etc. and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Erection of Angle iron/channel cross arm on woodeN/RCC/PCC/Steel tubular/Rail Poles etc as required.
