Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendents, regulators, sockets etc removing materials for taking credit and making good disturbed surfaces of wall, floor & ceiling etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantlingof old U/S rusted main switch/DB of any size capacity and make. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L point wiring for concealed wiring complete including cutting stone masonry wall of cadets hostel of new campus area (hilly) by using suitable grinder/cutter without damaging the existing other assets carefully (shall be borne by the contractor if any kind of assets damaged during the execution of work) with 1.5 Sqmm 02 x single core multistranded copper conductor of 1100 volts grade PVC pre insulated FRLS and unsheathed cable enclosed in 20mm dia PVC conduit pipes with all PVC accessories such as Tee, bend, collar, elbow, square junction box etc fixed inside the wall/ceiling by means of PVC conduit pipes and making good of distrub surface cement mortar /cemant based putti including making same colour as existing and suitable accessories including suitable size of PVC boards/existing sunken box with Hylem board for mounting fittings like switches, sockets, fan regulator etc including 1.5 Sqmm insulated but unsheathed copper earth continuity conductor to common earth and connedcted to earth dolly complete and (making temporary connection by the contractor to the cadets for their night stay on bed before leaving the work site) all as specified and directed for the following :- 3.01 One light point controlled by one way switch.

One ceiling fan/exhaust fan point controlled by one way switch. complete all as specified and directed.

One 3 pin or 5 pin 6 Amp socket point outlet on the same board with other switches complete all as specified and directed.

One 3 pin or 5 pin 6 Amp socket point outlet on the independent board complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 4 above but with multi stranded copper conductor cable 4 Sqmm size for 3/5 pin 16 Amps socket point outlet on independent board including 4 Sqmm copper cable PVC insulated FRLS unsheathed copper continuous earth wire including connecting to common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed.

M&L submain wiring complete with 4 Sqmm single core multi standred PVC insulated and sheathed cable FRLS copper conductor two runs and one run of 4 Sqmm copper cable for earth continuity conductor in and including drawn through PVC conduit/sleeves with all PVC accessories fixed on wall, floor/ceiling etc.including taking down existing unservicable conduit complete all as specified and directed. Note: Two run of 4 Sqmm cable, one run of 4 Sqmm cable and PVC conduit pipe shall be measured as a one length only.

M&L for cutting wall and flushing for TPN DB 4 way factory made and OK tested made of sheet metal enclosure powder coated suitable for mounting MCB TPN 4way, 415V, with 200Amps rateded bus bar, double door type, including making good the wall as per existing position after ceneting/plastering/applying putty and distembering etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting wall and flushing in Distribution board factory made and tested made of sheet metal enclosure powder coated suitable for mounting the MCB 240 volt of 12 way SPN with200 Amp rated busbar 240 volts (double door type) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing of LED based Street light , housing made up of pressure die cast aluminium Alloy with effective thermal magnet sturdiness. The fixture should have a minimum system efficiency more of more than 80 lumen/Watt and a minimum system lumen output of not less than 7200 lumens and maximum system wattage 72Watts. The fixture shall have correlated colour temperature of atleast 5000K and a CRI of minimum 70. The fixture shall be designed for a system life of 50,000 hours @ 70% lumen maintenance. Ingress protection of IP 66 (lamp and gear Compartment and mechanical impact resistance rating ofIK >= 05. S&F in repair PVC connection hot & cold type, 15mm dia, 60cm long with PTMT coupling complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs stop valve, cast copper alloy screwed down, high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions of 15mm bore, ISI marked. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F sheet metal enclosure of single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB of 20 Amps, 240 volts. complete all as specified and directed..

Taking out old UNSV exhaust fan any type and size complete, demolition/cutting of stone/concrete/brick wall , taking out all kind of connections and anchor bolts etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F exhaust fan 300mm sweep turbo force SP, 1400 RPM, single phase, 230V with complete accessories including cutting/pinning/demolition of any type of wall upto the required size of exhaust fan, make good the wall after fixing the exhaust fan as per existing position including plastering, applying putty and wall painting/distembering etc and making provision of wire mesh for the protection of interior area from insects/monkeys or any ruptiles etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix MCCB 4 Pole, 415 V, with Microprocessor release 250 Amps with breaking capacity 36 KA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix MCCB 4 Pole, 415 V, with Microprocessor release 160 Amps with breaking capacity 36 KA complete all as specified and directed.
