Providing Door to Door collection, Transportation, Processing and Disposal of Municipal Solid Waste within area under Jurisdiction of Mahe Municipality

Supply, operation and maintenance of required infrastructure for door-to-door daily collection of segregated municipal solid waste (degradable/non-degradable , except food waste from households, from public municipal waste bins using required vehicle and manpower and from commercial establishments in municipal limit including beach area, hospitals, educational institutions, government buildings, weekly fair, Fish Markets, Vegetable Markets, Hotels, Kalyanamandapams etc, domestic hazardous wastes from households and commercial establishments, wastes from street vendors, using required vehicle, removal of bulk waste and green waste from road sides, removal of green wastes as and when required and conveying the collected wastes garbage to a notified waste processing centre for further processing and final disposal to a certified material recovery / recycle/ disposal centre as per the Solid Waste Management Rules 2016, Plastic Waste Management Rules 2016, “Hazardous waste (Management, Handling and Transboundary Movements) Rules, 2008”. The rate shall include the engagement of required laborers, vehicles for collection of waste based on the scope of work and as per the direction of the Commissioner as specified in the tender schedule. The rate shall be for per kg for the final transportation and disposal of all the wastes to the certified material recovery/recycle/disposal centre and inclusive of all taxes, charges etc and shall be classified as follows. *The rates quoted shall include the charges to be paid for Employment Provident Fund Organization, Employees State Insurance Corporation, service taxes, GST and any other obligatory charges and taxes as applicable from time to time. Only the rate should be quoted in numerical values and any deviation in this shall result in the rejection of tenders.
