Repairing of damaged 30 HP, 3 Phase, 440 V, 50 Hz pump motor alongwith dismantling and repair of 2 stage vertical pump by providing and fitting new bushes impeller assembly, providing and fitting new body of impeller, providing & fitting 1 No. new shaft EN-36 material size O.D. - 30 mm, length-3.05 mtr, with making outside threads at both sides (Approximate in 100 mm length), 5 Nos. of new M.S. Tube size I.D. - 48 mm, O.D.-60 mm, length-1.80 mtr, with inside threads (threaded portion length approx. 50 mm) at one end and outside threads at another end (Threaded portion length approx. 130 mm on outer pheriphery of tube), 7 Nos. new M.S. sockets size I.D.-30 mm, length-80 mm with inside threads, 7 Nos. gun metal bushes size O.D.-52 mm, I.D.-30.04 mm, length-100 mm with outside threads, 1 No. gun metal bush size O.D. one side 68 mm, pump side O.D.-69 mm, I.D.-41.04 mm, length-118 mm with collar at the centre, coller width 11 mm and O.D. of collar 80 mm with outside threads at both the ends, 1 No. new gun metal bush size O.D.-40 mm, I.D.-30.04 mm, length-70 mm, 18 Nos. of rubber spider as per sample, cutting of 2 Nos. main pipe line dia 8" each (provided by HPSEBL), provided 4 Nos. flanges size O.D.-345 mm, I.D.-225 mm with 8 Nos. holes 18 mm dia on each flange, welded the flanges at both ends of pipe and provided suitable size of nut & bolts for proper pipe line fitting, repair of one number 8 inch pipe (provided by HPSEBL) by welding & grinding and then making new outside thread around the periphery (length of threaded portion 60 mm) and thorough cleaning dirt and other foreign matter from pump and main pipe line. Complete overhauling, fitting & testing complete job in all respect.

Providing and fixing 20 HP star–delta starter of make (L&T / Schneider / Siemens / ABB equivalent) for 20HP submersible pump at drainage sump of GPH complete with main, star and delta contactors, thermal overload relay, timer (electronic/mechanical)MCB, start/stop push buttons, indicating lamps, control wiring, interlocking arrangements, and sheet-steel enclosure with powder-coated finish, IP-54 protection, suitable for indoor installation.
