HARD RUBBER Removing of each decayed hard rubber from its existing position of chair varandah and replace the same with new hard rubber all as shown on drawing and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

PAINTINGS OF CHAIR VERANDAH M&L for applying spray painting two coats with synthetic enamel (white) paint over a coat of red oxide primer with spray gun after removing of existing old worn out paint by any means with proper treatment from chair verandah complete all as directed and shown on drawings.

REPAIRS TO TEAPOY VERANDAH FOR THE FOLLOWING (DRG NO.FD-35, FD-383, FD-208):-

TOP Removing decayed top from its existing position and replace the same with new top made out from 18/19mm thick Prelaminated Particle board (exterior Grade), grade-I quality, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination with 6mm thick and well seasoned 1st class hard wood (Teak/Seasam) beading allround the edging provide middle stiffener at the bottom 100mm high between the lower short side rails and provide PVC shoes 25mm dia and 25mm high shall be screwed to bottom of all legs all as shown on drawing.

HARD RUBBER SHOE Removing of each decayed hard rubber shoe from its existing position of Teapoy Verandah (FD-35, FD-283, FD-208), Chair CB Steel with arm (FD-75M), Chair CB without arm (FD-75M) and replace the same with new hard rubber shoe complete all as specified and directed and as shown on drawing.

LEGS S&F for new leg made out from MS sheet 1.6mm thick and applying one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer over two coats of synthetic enamel paint with spray painting by the spray gun after removing of each old worn out legs from its existing portion of Almirah large steel with shelves and Almirah medium steel with shelves and replace the same complete all as specified and directed and as shown on drawing.

HANDLES S&F for new handle made out from mild steel over chromium plated of size 150mm size and weight of each handle should not be less than 185gm of existing pattern after removing of old unserviceable/ broken handle from its existing position of almirah large steel with shelves and almirah medium steel with shelves and replace same complete all as specified and directed and as shown on drawing.

LOCKS S&F for new brass, six lever (Make : Godrej) lock with steel CP duplicate keys, weight of each lock should not be less than 260gm after removing of old unserviceable lock from its existing position of almirah large steel with shelves and almirah medium steel with shelves and replace same complete all as specified and directed and as shown on drawing.

SHELVES FOR ALMIRAH LARGE WITH SHALVES STEEL (Drg No. FD-67(M), FD-1031 & FD-1032). S&F for new shelf made out of MS Sheets of 1.00mm thick and applying one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer over two coats of synthetic enamel paint with spray painting by spray gun after removing of old worn out shelf from its existing portion of almirah large steel with shelves and replace same complete all as specified and directed and as shown on drawing.

SHELVES FOR ALMIRAH MEDIUM WITH SHALVES STEEL (Drg No. FD-67(M), FD-1031 & FD-1032). S&F for new shelf made out of MS Sheets of 1.00mm thick and applying one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer over two coats of synthetic enamel paint with spray painting by spray gun after removing of old worn out shelf from its existing portion of almirah large steel with shelves and replace same complete all as specified and directed and as shown on drawing.

REPAIR OF CHARPOY GI PIPE (DRG NO.FD-220 AND BKP/TD/168) :-

LEGS M&L for 32mm bore (medium grade) GI tubing leg (ISI marked) of charpoy after removing of old unserviceable leg of charpoy GI pipe from its existing position all as shown on drawing.

LONG RAIL M&L for 32mm bore (medium grade) GI tubing of long rail (ISI marked) size of 1884 mm long of charpoy GI after removing of old unserviceable long rails of charpoy GI pipe from its existing position all as shown on drawing cut to required length of and threading at both ends all as shown on drawing.

SHORT RAIL M&L for 32mm bore (medium grade) GI tubing of short rail (ISI marked) cut to required length of 900 mm long and threading at both ends all as shown on drawing.

ELBOW GI M&L for 32mm bore 3 way GI elbow weight of each GI elbow should not less than 480gms as per ISI specification all as shown on drawing.

CHECK NUT S&F for check nut for fixing the top with charpoy GI all as shown on drawing.

MIDDLE STIFFNER Removing of old unserviceable stiffner from its existing position and replace the same with new stiffner made out of made out of 25mm GI pipe (medium grade) 900mm long all as specified and as shown on drawing.

PLY TOP 12MM THICK S&F for 12mm thick BWR grade, type BB, both sides commercial ply wood (7 Nos of ply) with 6mm thick well seasoned teak wood duly polished found at round the edging of the top and beading required 4mm dia 65mm long counter shank machine nut, bolt, washer on top including removing of existing top all as directed by Engineer- in -charge. STIFFENER S&F for new MS flat of stiffener size 420mmx15mmx4mm by welding including two coats of synthetic (Olive Green) paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer including removing of old worm out MS cleat from its existing position from chair CB steel without arm complete all as directed and shown on drawing.

WOODEN ARM FOR CHAIR CB STEEL WITH ARMS S&F for new arm made out from well seasoned teak wood and apply two coats of black polish including removing broken arm from its existing portion of chair CB steels with arm all as directed and shown on drawing.

STIFFENER FOR CHAIR CB STEEL WITH ARM S&F for new MS flat of stiffener size 520mmx15mmx4mm by welding including two coats of synthetic (Olive Green) paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer including removing of old worm out MS cleat from its existing position from chair CB steel with arm complete all as directed and shown on drawing.

REPAIRS TO LOCKER STEEL (FD-1029 & GE/BKP/02/07):-

LEGS M&L after removing of each old worn out legs from its existing position of locker steel and replace the same by supply and fixing with new leg made out from MS sheet 1.6mm thick and applying one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer over two coats of synthetic enamel paint with spray painting, complete all as specified & directed and as shown on drawing.

HINGES Removing of old unserviceable hinges from its existing position and replace the same with new hinges all as shown on drawing.

HANDLE S&F for 100mm long aluminium handle of existing pattern after removing of old unserviceable / broken handle from its existing position of locker steel complete all as specified and directed.

HASP & STAPLE S&F for 75mm long hasp and staple, safety type, aluminium anodized with mild steel hinge pin including bolt to hinge plate and fixed with wood screw complete all as specified and directed.

HANGING ROD Removing old broken hanging rod from its existing position and replace the same with new hanging rod made out of 20mm external dia luminium anodized conduit with a pair of sockets all as shown on drawing.

Supply & fixing of 6 mm dia MS rod of required length/size to be fixed after with and including dismantling the damaged shelf (frame) carefully without disturbing the adjoining parts of Rach shoe steel complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Ref drawing No FD/E6/MAP/02)

Supply & fixing for 3 mm dia MS rod of required length/size to be fixed after with and including dismantling the damaged shelf (mesh) carefully disturbing the adjoining parts of Rack shoe steel complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Ref drawing No FD/E6/MAP/02)

Standard PVC edging 1.6mm thick shall be provided all-round the hand board, rest all as shown in drawing.

BASKET(JALI) Removing of old unserviceable steel basket (Jali) from its existing position and replace the same with new basket (Jali) made of 6mm MS rod all as specified and shown on drawing.
